They have a great selection, and a lot of accesories, but don't update stock very frequently. Call before you make any purchase to confirm the stock. There website is very organized, and is easy to find what you want. Another thing is that they have there own brand of BB's, and they are very high quality. The website focuses on there customer care, so expect to have good customer care, but one bad thing is they don't pick up the phone a lot, but the always answer E-mail farely quickly. Never second guess what you are going to buy, because all of the brands that they have have are very high quality. One time one of the pistols that i bought broke, and instead of sending it back to get it all fixed they just sent me brand new one, and all i had to pay was the shipping, wich was less than half the original price.

We found the pricing to be competitive. Although, our order was shipped short some of the items. We are trying to get that straightened out now. We are not sure when we will receive the missing items. We have faxed a copy of the order highlighting the missing item. We will just wait and see. Hopefully, there won't be any more delays.

Received an email one day after ordering (end of May) that said product was temporarily not available (not in stock). I read the linked information online but was not given any indication of when I might hear back, either to tell me when the product could potentially be shipped, or when it might be expected, or when I might receive an update (only that Airsplat was "working diligently...etc)and would only hold my "authorization" for 7 days. I wondered, what hapeens after that? Not having this potential future shipping information provided to me, (whether it is a week, month, or receiving an update) leaves me with the impression I should be confused about whether to cancel or wait, which is not good customer service or communication, and leaves me, the customer with the idea the provider doesn't care that I am concerned about when an update or order shipment may happen, and I may wait forever as far as they are concerned. Afterall, they are in this business, and if Airsplat cannot tell me within a range of weeks or months when the product is expected to be available, (they know their inventory and sign the shipping contracts from their providers don't they?) then I should cancel the order, and not allow myself to be "indefinately waiting". As a customer, I plan to wait another week or so, and if no communication is forthcoming I will cancel the order, and never bother with ordering from this provider again.

When I ordered my products one of them was not in stock, but the web site did not tell me this. When I got my package in the mail this item was missing, and a stamp on the receipt told me it was backordered. This was the first time I was told I would not be getting my order on time. Had I known I would not have gotten my entire order on time I would have shopped elsewhere. I got no notification of when it would be shipped, even when I asked customer service. (They avoided my question). When I finally got the rest of my order, it was not in the color shown on the website- the color I wanted. Fortunately the color was "acceptable" and I was too frustrated to try to get the correct color. Although the prices at this merchant are good, their order and notification policies as well as their customer service cancel this out. I will try to avoid this merchant next time I have a purchase to make.

Service and shipping are quite good and on time. However, the product I received is like an open-boxed item with scratches on the metal and quality is not so impressive. i also didn't find some trivial items which should have been included in the box. That is why I highly suspected thaht this is a used gun which were shipped to me. I asked for replacement and now it is in the middle of processing. Hope nothing is wrong with the next shippment.

Update - Company will also tell you that they will only work with you on correcting the problem if you write a review giving them 5 stars. I think this would be dishonest, even though I am willing to report anything they do to correct the problem.
Horrible company with extremely bad service and return policies. They misrepresent the products and then make it a nightmare to return them. |

FALSE ADVERTISING. Said "Free Shipping" but there was still a $3.50 fee added at the end. Kept getting a tease saying, the shipping credit would be added at the end of the order. Yes, well, the only change at the end of the order was.. nothing. The $3.50 remained (the shipping fee was never on there, so the $3.50 was the only issue I had, and I kept getting the message, it would be corrected at the end of the order.) I don't think this is legal. My son is very happy with the quality of the gun, but the way the order form was online, it was misleading, deceitful, immoral, lying, and just plain wrong. I protested, in writing via email, and was told it was a handling fee. Yet the slot with the $3.50 was "shipping, handling" and some other word.. This was low down. I still request that it be corrected and you reimburse me the $3.50. I'd rather not take further action but reporting to the FTC, BBB and other protective agencies isn't complicated in this electronic email day and age. Let's keep this friendly. I will accept your apology and the $3.50, and if my son wants to make another purchase in the future, I will assume you won't repeat this glaring sin again.

One rifle was backordered, and there was no notification. The other items arrived in good shape and in good time, but I have yet to hear an estimate on the backordered item.
The magazine order was recommended for the rifle we received. However, it does not work. I have not yet contacted merchant, but am sure that they will address the issue. Airsplat has been very good to deal with, despite my disgruntlement with the current order.

I have shopped on here a few times i got what i ordered, it was a crappy-ish gun that broke (and was easily fixed) but that was no fault of airsplat. I had originally ordered a sniper but asked them to change my order and they did and i got my gun with no problems. ALSO all the 5star rating on here are fake... likely by airsplat
Looking the only other people that commented here are people who where mad and looked for a place to say how bad they are. They are good for cheep guns but if you want a better guarantee shop airsoftgi or some such better place. Or shop local if your lucky enough to have a airsoft shop like me |

Airsplat.com rates as one of the top 5 five worst companies I have ever dealt with. After receiving a gun that did not work, I got the run-around for nearly two weeks. I’m convinced the only thing that saved me my money was the fact that I disputed the charge with my credit card company. I will never see the money it cost to ship the item back. The customer service is horrendous. I will never buy from them again, nor would I ever recommend them.

Product was defective upon receipt. Air Rifle Battery was replaced, but Airsplat refused to issue any warranty after product returned, Disenchantment with process, and customer service, (e-mail only). Requested RMA to return product, denied, saying warranty no longer in effect. Airsplat did not offer any options. Quote from their reply email, "We have to stick to our policies and guidelines otherwise we’d be out of business. I hope you can understand that. However, the fact still stands that this order is out of warranty." My 14 year old son has never fired a shot from the product. I hope others understand my shot at AirSplat.Com |

not only that but they were the cheapest around. excellent company! i ordered on-line and i had some problems with my credit card for some reason. so in order to finish my order the site prompted me to call them. i gave airsplat.com a call and was very pleased. i had no hold time and was speaking to a rep in no time. the rep was very helpful and gave me very good feedback on the item i was purchasing. i placed my order and gave payment. i got my confirmation through email with a tracking number and all the information i needed to know what i was getting. with this being said i would recommend this company to anybody ready to purchase airsoft guns and supplies. |

DON'T DO IT --- regardless how tempting. Received gun and it broke the next day. Then I had to pay shipping to return the item and the replacement was also broken when I received it. Finally returned the gun and they still will not credit my account. What a total nightmare this has been.

I have placed alot of orders with Airsplat.com. I live in the area so am lucky to get to pick up my orders. Their customer service is great. Very helpful and patient. When I need something they are there to help. I know they can be busy at times. But they give me the time I need. And If I'm not able to call due to my busy schedule, I know I can always email them and they will provide me with any information I need.

I had come questions and when I called them on the phone number listed on their website I was able to talk to someone who was able to answer them for me. My experience with Airsplat.com was excellent, just what you would expect from a professionally run organization.
