Don't like the idea of not being able to send the product ot a different mailing address for residential. Now I have to incur the mailing expense again to mail to my grandsons birthday.

One item was not in stock, I expected to wait at least a week...suprisingly it came within two days of receiving an email. That sold me. I will be ordering item from Airsplat again, in the near future.

well i love this site they totaly exchanged my gun for free after one broke. but emailing them is super slow!! and u cant really choose what kind of shipping you want.. it would be better to have the option to pay less and get it later that pay 12$ get it here 24 hours... better service for those who dont want to pay 12$ on top of what you paid.

the website ordering was frustrating as you had to go all the way through before it told you the item was out of stock. should be able to tell when item goes in buggy not after alreay entering payment, etc.

After shopping around the various sites on the internet and local stores my son showed me the deal with Airsplat. Their sale which included free shipping if you met dollar requirements, (I believe the order needed to be above $150) proved to be a better deal than the promotion in a local store. Handling charges were understandably still included in the price. 
The Airsplat site was extremely easy to navigate, I think that the only negative that I had was in entering the promotion code...but I attribute that to my lack of computer experience rather than the site.
Exceptionally pleased with expeditious package delivery and the condition in which it was received. All in all an extremely pleasant shopping experience.

The airsoft pellets I purchased work grate and hit hard. Everything was shipped pretty well but one of the bags of pellets had a hole in it. They bag didn't poor every where though and so I am okay with the small problem.

Overall pretty darn good,the only problem I ran into was the foldingstock on my gun fell apart while it was shipping, but I was able to repair it. I'll definitly be ordering from you guys again.

I ordered my son this Airsoft gun last week. I received an email back stating that this item was on back order and we could expect this in about 2 to 3 weeks, no problem. Low and behold, on this date, 07-01, the gun was delivered in the morning. THis was a surprise ans my son is thrilled. Thank you air splat. Will do business in teh future.

Good all around. The selection was huge. The order came earlier then I initially expected. The only down side was I did not get free shipping as advertised because I am in Alaska, and that offer is only for the 59 continental states.

We ordered it on Wednesday night. Our son was leaving for vacation and we wanted it to arrive while he was gone so he would have it when he got home. It arrived by ground shipment on Friday morning. I was shocked on how fast it came. He is still on vacation........but is excited to get home.
