Purchased what I thought to be a top of the line Intex air bed for out of town guests.  It arrived on time.  The first night our guests found themselves on the floor in the morning.  Brand new mattress.  Filled it several time, but stilled leaked.  Phoned Airbeds4less, they said they would send another per their policy.  Second one leaked.  They sent instructions for finding leaks and repairing, which I did.  Could not find any leaks.  I shouldn't have to repair new matresses anyway.  They said there was nothing they could do and to call Intex.  Intex didn't stand behind their product either.  Airbeds4less haven't responded or offered any kind of solution.  I'm out a lot of money and no airbed.  They don't seem to care.

I ordered and recieved an Intex airbed.  It was shipped in a timely manner.  It apeared to be a quality product until day 32 when it developed pin hold leaks along the wavy weld on the side of the bed.  I contacted beds4less and they told me I was out of the 30 day warranty and I would have to contact Intex.  Intex customer service told me that Intex had no warranty on airbeds.  I pointed out this was either a manufacturer or design defect.  No luck.

I emailed again with beds4less and they offered me a discount on another airbed purchase.  A discount on a defective air mattress?  No thanks.

I patched hole number 5 this morning allong the same weld.

I would not recommend purchasing products from airbeds4less nor would I recomend purchasing Intex products.  What ever happened to customer service or standing by the products sold?

We ordered a king size airbed from airbeds for less for some out of town visitors. The bed arrived in a timely manner. Shipping was a little high but, we could not find a king anywhere else. We set the bed up for a trial run but did not sleep on it.   Read full review...

I ordered beds that said that they were indoor & outdoor use. What I recieved was beds that are marked for indoor use only. I have left a telephone message today, & will E-mail them next regarding this issue. Results are yrt to be determined.

Delivery Speed - Slow
Order Accuracy - Received the correct product, but it was defective.
Customer Service - Could not get through by phone. Calls go directly to an answering machine. Pretty much only way to contact them is through email.
Overall Satisfaction - Extremely Poor. I would not recommend using them. Buyers beware policy.

The air mattress, I purchased from them was defective. I called the manufacturer as directed by the AirBeds4Less.com site since their site said all defects were covered by INTEX warranty. INTEX told me that was not their policy and it was the retailers responsibility to replace the mattress. I called AirBeds4Less and immediately got their answering machine. They did respond to my email, and their initial solution was for me to patch the air mattress with the patch in the box. First of all, even if the leak was in a place I could patch, I spent a lot of money for the air mattress and found that solution simply unacceptable. They eventually offered to replace the mattress, but I had to pay for the shipping costs.

It is companies like this that give online retailers a bad name.

I recieved what I ordered in a timely manner. Be sure you inflate the bed as soon as you get it to take advantage of the short warrenty period. Mine held up just fine.
