Surveys are fine, but the product will just have shipped today. Can't really respond to this second survey until the product arrives. Survey is a bit annoying when one can not provide an answer to this question, i.e. "Did you receive the product(s)you expected in good condition." I must answer no to this until it arrives. Hopefuilly, the final answer will be yes. Time will tell.
