the item did not work it caused alot of damage to my garage and alot of time for me to clean up the damage. It is not a portable unit as it says in the ad but finally they are waving the fee so we are sending it back for a refund but I would never recommend this item to anyone at all.

this is the second air conditioner i purchased from you. both are now being used for our summer heat.

In their ad the air conditioner was advertised as being one that evaporated the water condensed during cooling however this was not entirely correct. I called air and water and they told me this unit was superior in evaporating and collecting water and that might have to be emptied. It turns out it has to be drained about every two hours. They did however offer to exchange it for a similar unit that did not collect as much water.

When I logged in, the site offered a 7% discount on the item. Several distractions came up in the course of my completing the purchase. When I got ready to check out, I was given a 5% discount. I phoned vendor and without any resistance they restored my discount to 7% -- very friendly. Good customer service, prompt delivery, product as described. I am highly satisfied.

I like this merchant a lot. Their website is very informative and easy to use. They carry a good line of products, and it was easy to find what I wanted. The website had tips on how to choose the right product for my uses. They shipped the product promptly, and it arrived on time and in good condition, as advertised. I did have some questions that weren't answered in the owner's manual, so I used their live chat customer help line. Their staff helped me without making me feel stupid or foolish. Everything has been perfect from initial order throughout the process. I have already recommended this company to others, and will probably purchase from them again, myself.

Product arrived damaged and flooded my carpet overnight. I contacted the manufacturer who told me to send it back to them (this weighs 92 lbs. boxed and I am a single female). I then contacted Air & Water who said since I was within the 30-day period, they would send a return slip "probably within 3 days" and have it picked up. It was hot, I really needed the A/C, so I wound up having to re-box it, borrow someone's SUV, borrow a dolly, load it and haul it to UPS. It was still a full week before I received the replacement. Never a mention of helping out with the stinky, saturated carpet. I had to have the apartment management get their company to come clean it. I'd say it's a decent company, but they fell a little short.

they shipped two boxes (2 Fans) One fan arrived with the box completely openned. The second fan had never arrived. I got a call from FedX in Harrisburg, PA....stating they had my second fan but had no address on the box, just my cell phone number. I live in Southern NJ...no where near Harrisburg, PA... when I called Fedx they had sent the fan back... I contacted Air and Water, they attended to the situation right away.... however, I am still awaiting the second fan now for over a month..... They have great products, but shipping/carrier? whoever does an awful job in the shipping area...? Where this started I do not know... I realized shipping from Cal takes awhile... however, there are several vendors I routinely use and the shipping from them is rather fast and accurate.. I do not know what happened here... regards,

The ice machine wound not make one piece of ice!! I was frustrated because I felt that because their merchandise was faulty that they should refund me my shipping and handling which they would not do. They credited my card for the price of the ice machine only.
