Ground shipping was offered free but on the online order form, next day and second day air were also offered. Selecting one of those did not trigger an extra shipping cost. I called 5 days after ordering the thermostats. After some hedging on the CSR's part, I was told that the order was drop shipping from the manufacturer and that no tracking info was available. I was assured that Air-N-Water would call back with the order status. I called again 3 days later to find that the order shipped on the date of the first call. This purchase was very easy to make and after trying and liking one of the heaters, we decided to purchase 10 more for all the members of our staff. There was no confirmation that item ordered had been shipped. I had to e-mail the customer service department to learn when or if the item had been processed for delivery. It all went well and there were no problems. I got an email asking me to fax my drivers license since the product was being shipped to an address other than my billing address as a gift.
