Superior customer service experience at Air-N-Water.com

It's very rare that I write reviews on individual merchants, but I just had to do this for my experience with www.air-n-water.com. A little background information: I'm a bit of a wine enthusiast and have been looking for a freestanding compact wine cellar to use in my house. After doing a lot of comparison shopping and narrowing down my choices to a NewAir or Vinotemp unit, I decided to buy the NewAir AW-320ED based on value and the good reviews I've seen online.
I'm sure Air-N-Water.com may take a lot of hits and may be justified but I just experienced great customer service from them. I had a problem when I ordered the 2 wine refrigerators (one as a gift for my mother and the other for myself). FedEx badly damaged both packages in transit. The units were scratched up and one ended up dented on the side.
I called Air-N-Water customer service to report the problem. The representative whom I spoke to was great. She was concerned with my problem and worked with the manufacturer to make sure I received 2 new wine coolers. She also went the extra mile to see that FedEx would pick up the damaged units in a timely manner. I loved working with the representative when ordering the replacement appliances. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and ensured that I received exactly what I needed.
When there was a problem, Air-n-water’s customer service came to the rescue. Thank you Air-N-Water for your help. You did shed a little sunshine my way. I won't forget your great service.
