I honestly have no idea why there are so many negative reviews for this store, but I have become a repeat customer for the past year or so.  
Basically my husband and I live in the middle of the desert in Arizona. It can get mighty hot here and it is dry as a bone.  The vast majority of homes use big evaporative coolers located on top of their roofs for cooling in the summer.  This puts moisture back into the air as well as using the power of evaporative to cool the air. 
In any case, I suffer from multiple allergies and also have made do with the world's oldest swamp cooler - that is, until I bought my NewAir unit from Air-n-water!  We decided the old model we had sitting on our roof was beyond repair. We also didn't want to invest more money into something we won't use forever.
To make a long story short, three weeks ago I spent hours on the Internet looking for a portable air conditioner. I saw hundreds of models in the $400+ range. Then I stumbled on Air-N-Water.com and we ordered a brand new NewAir Af-330 swamp cooler.  This thing is so much more than I expected! We really only needed it for our bedroom since we already owned two small refrigerated units in our kitchen and living room. For the money, this unit is worth its weight in gold. Between all of the options for extra cooling we may just be buying one more for our living room. 
This swamp cooler is also easy to maneuver.  The casters on the bottom make it easy to wheel around where it is needed. I am just absolutely amazed at the quality, the technology and the price. Thank you for offering something this helpful and economical. I've already told my friends all about this new addition to the family!
