The best customer service I've ever experienced! I ordered an iRobotic Verro 300 and the delivery speed and communication was excellent. What set them apart was what happened after delivery. When I examined the contents of the box, one of the filter bags was missing. I contacted the manufacturer, who blew me off in spite of the fact that the box obviously had never been opened prior to my receipt; their reason was understandable, I didn't buy it through them.
So I emailed Rac Enterprise, explained the situation, and within 10 minutes had a very courteous reply. I had expected to wait at least a day or two. The customer service rep asked me to identify the missing part, which I did, and she promised to ship it at no charge. They required nothing on my part to confirm that what I was saying was true.
Within 4-5 days, I had the missing part as promised. Once again I wrote, this time to express my gratitude for such prompt and complete service, and the reply back was professional, courteous, and once again, within just minutes of my email. I've never experienced this level of customer service from anyone. They're the BEST!
