Unfortunately, I ordered a Weber Summit S-650 Grill for Christmas from a different online company offering a similar price as RAC. The company I ordered the grill from (NOT RAC) billed our credit card company the day we ordered it and promised to deliver the grill within 2 weeks.... THREE LONG MONTHS LATER, hardly any communication except for vague email messages and no grill!! I had to call our credit card company to get their help to get this company to cancel our order and credit our credit card! RAC ENTERPRISES WAS A TOTALLY DIFFERENT STORY ALL TOGETHER AND WAS OUR SAVING GRACE!! I am 48 years old and I have to say I have NEVER, EVER been so pleased with the value, service, efficiency, customer service and fast delivery of a company in my life!! We could not beat the price, we didn't have to pay any sales tax (we're in Florida) and they didn't charge us a delivery fee! I swallowed hard and placed our order with RAC on a Sunday afternoon. The grill was delivered by a wonderful delivery company ON THURSDAY!!!!! Talk about a super smooth transaction?!?! Wow!! We were blown away!! These guys (and gals) do it right!! They have earned our family's business for life! My only regret is that it took me so long to find out about this company! THANKS RAC ENTERPRISES!! You exceeded our expectations by leaps and bounds!
