My wife and I purchased a new Frigidaire Convection wall oven, model #GLEB27S7CB, and a Frigidaire Dishwasher, model #FDB2000RFB, from RAC Enterprises and were completely satisfied.

* First, the price was the best we were able to find, and overall selection was great. We used Mozilla’s “Pronto”, as well as “Calibex.com” to find out who carried the appliances we were looking for and RACENT stood out on both.

* Second, free delivery was to be by truck and, being very familiar with shipping, we expected 8 to 10 business days. Actual shipping time was 3 business days. I was amazed.

* Third, when the items were delivered, the truck driver, FEDEX Ground if I remember correctly, handled them with great care and made sure we were happy with their condition before he left.

* Fourth, follow-up was the best I’ve seen in some time. I expected to hear nothing from the seller following the sale, but received a few emails just verifying our satisfaction with our purchase and offering any assistance we might need in conjunction with the sale. Folks, in my opinion, that’s really all you can ask from an internet seller. I’ve done a substantial number of sales on the internet myself and take pride in my “service after the sale, but RACENT outdoes me.

We have a lot more work to do on our kitchen. Next, we’ll need a new Frigidaire Range top and, preferably, Kohler Kitchen Sink, and we'll be making these purchases, provided they’re in stock, from RAC Enterprises as well.
