Searched for a Weber Summit S450 grill. The vendors with REALLY low prices had terrible ratings on reseller or on the shopping comparison sites. Finally found a couple of "reputable" dealers but they were out of stock. Then, I lucked into RAC when they were having a pre-Memorial Day sale on the grill I wanted. They had the lowest price period.

I emailed them at night and surprisingly got a response that night. They had it stock and stated that it would ship the next day if I put in an order. Asked about delivery from East Coast to West Coast and whether it was curbside or to the door. They replied it would be about 5 business days and the freight delivery truck would have a liftgate and the driver would deliver to my door.

I put the order in that night plus a cover. I got immediate confirmation of my order. I got shipping confirmation the next day as promised. They provided a link for tracking the order. The freight company (Watkins/FedEx) called to set up a delivery time a couple of days later. 5 business days after shipping, the truck shows up in the designated 4 hour time slot. Driver delivers my new grill to the backyard.

Great presale CS, how many companies answer email at night? Everything they told, it happened as stated.

Order was accurate, both the correct grill (natural gas model) and cover (for S400 series) arrived.

Extremely satisfied. Would definitely buy from them again.
