On a Tuesday I emailed Rac Enterprise to ask if they had a Mintek DVD player in stock, and if so, how soon would it ship after placing an order. They quickly replied to my email that they had the unit in stock and if I placed an order it would ship the next day. I placed the order on Wednesday (they only accept PayPal for payment)and quickly received a payPal request for $18 for shipping which I approved. On Friday I emailed them and asked if my order had shipped, and if so, what was the ups tracking number. They replied yes, of course it shipped and you should receive it by today (Friday) or Monday at the latest. No UPS package came, so I emailed them on Tuesday asking about my order. This time I got a UPS tracking number, but the tracking information showed that electronic billing information had been received. It was a few days later when the package was actually picked up by UPS and then about 1 week UPS to deliver it.

I did eventually receive the DVD player at a good price, but the amount of incorrect information given to me in reply to my emails is very disturbing.
