I say yes to return shopping due to demand. It has been a 50/50 split between the right parts and the wrong parts. The worst is it makes customers have to wait and make the extra trips w/o compensation.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

I ordered trailer light kit online and received a 20% discount. I then left home and went to the local Advance Auto store. They already had pulled my order. I had to go to Leesburg to pick up this order. The Ashburn location only had 8 spark plugs and I needed 16. The Ashburn location made no effort to get the plugs from Leesburg for me. Very disappointed in that locations customer service.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

Service was very good, they were helpful and informative of the product and helped us to check the function of the fan was okay so we returned that and bought a different part that we thought was the problem. turned out that wasn't it either and they also returned that part too. I place online orders for pickup at the local store. The advantage is that I know my items are in stock and I can prepay. But the store does not follow through on my order by having the items ready before my arrival nor does it send me a message to come in. I typed "cabin filter" in for my Civic and ended up ordering an air filter for the engine because the server directed me to the wrong items with my search. I didn't know the difference. The 3' X 4' garage mat I ordered was not accurately represented as having a slide on plastic frame and the intent of it was to use for my husbands Harley. The Harley surely would crack the cheap plastic frame pulling over the garage mat... very dissapointed.  I would shop here again
