I had to wait for my refund for the battery cord, paypal held it for 6 days, the total amound was taken out of my account the same day purchased. If I had used my credit card would have been charged the amount last the cord charge right away. I will never use paypal again

I received the wrong pads and rotors. The shop that were to replace the parts for me had bto order the correct parts costing me an additional 49 dollars due to their mark up. I will never shop at Advanced again, and will let all of my friends know of my experience.

Pretty good website and easy ordering. Shipping could be a little faster but still was acceptable. Would be nice if they carried more items for my classic air-cooled VW but I understand.

The store in Greenwood, IN, is replete with people who appear to be upset about having to wait on a customer. My order was not complete despite giving the store 24 hours (I received email notice that the order had been filled). A few of the employees lack courtesy. One or two do not know the merchandise. I love the on-line capability, but I loathe walking into the store unless I know exactly what I want and where it is located. JGP

I believe Mike was the name of the representative at Advance Auto Parts that quickly got me my RainX windshield wipers I had ordered on line and even put them on my vehicle for me. He went above the call of duty.

The product and the price is what brought me back. when buying things over 100$ i shop the 3 main parts stores and so far you typically are the cheapest and provide a product of higher quality and value at the same time. i use to go there regularly but the local store changed its hours so they were only open till 6 mon-fri (i believe, it might have even been 5) I was in need of a part and couldn't get it because the place was closed when i pulled in to pick it up. the other 2 auto parts places didn't have it in stock and i was furious. i called earlier that day and the advanced auto parts store had it in stock but they didn't mention the new hours. I don't know if they have changed the hours back to the 7a-9p that it used to be.. but I was so mad i never went back. to add insult to injury - there was a guy behind the counter when I showed up (it was 5 minutes past the time they closed)(5 or 6pm mid week) and he yelled out they were closed and sent me away. I still may never go back but I'll check the online offers again in the future

I wish the web site was more clear (pictures and diagrams) when trying to figure out which parts I need. I ordered the wrong hanger. Very poor documentation. I would rather purchase at the local store but they can not (so I'm told) honor e-mailed discounts. I usualy find Rock Auto to be cheaper and with better diagrams.I'm the "family" mechanic so I purchase a fair amount of parts

W/o my car I had to use my wifes Jazzy Electric Scooter to get to the shop which was 10 Blks away which was close enough to get there and back. NAPA is 3 Blks away but price was $10 more. I'm happy & will return again next time I need something...
