As an overseas customer, I'm disappointed in the fact that nobody was able to assist me with my enquiry regarding the voltage requirements. The scanner was supplied with a USA power cord and when I emailed Adorama initially I was offered no assistance and told to email another section. This is poor service and my email should have been forwarded to the correct department by Adorama. I also believe that as a company operating on the WWW the staff should be more aware of the problems that can arise when selling products for the US market to overseas clients. I'm happy with the delivery service (although the box WAS opened when I received it)and very happy with the price charged.

I ordered this product on line from UK, with the item delivery to a US address, had a major problem with credit card due to your system not allowing me to fill in my complete postal code, thus the credit card was requected because the address was incorrect, i had to phone to correct the problem, i recived the product 7 days late, I will not use Adorama again

My order was sent expeditiously. However, sent was an extra item that I did not order instead of the item ordered. I emailed Adorama advising them of the situation and they responded by saying to keep the extra item and they would send out the correct item immediately. I received that item within a few days. I would totally purchase from this company again. I was impressed with the overall trust they had in their customers.

Ordering was without any problem, although on my first email I didn't receive any answer. After paying the order was held (what I've expected, I was ordering and paying from Europe and sending to Canada:), but after sending required documents and calling everything was fine. I'd just welcome general informations about tax paying when sending to Canada (I didn't know about them unfortunatelly).
