I had a problem with my payment, my fault. I was emailed promptly and after a quick exchange of emails the problem was resolved. Despite ordering from UK, I was in possession of my Nikon scanner and using it 5 days after my first contact.
Very good, efficent and helpful service.
I ordered from the States because the scanner is no longer available in Europe. Its been worth doing even with the UK import duty. I'll be back again.

I have only shopped here twice, but both times have been very positive. Adorama has a great selection of products which are easy to find on their web site.

The first time I shopped there,  I ordered a Canon lens (gray market/import) to save a few dollars. It was out of stock so they substituted with the more expensive USA model. (I have told many colleagues about that, some of whom have ordered from them based on my recommendation. Their kindness paid off in customers, I am sure!)

The second time, I ordered a camera which arrived to the west coast in just a few days. They are quick shippers!

Prices are competitive and inventory is extensive.

I like that they offer gray market items and are up front about it.

Great experience. All was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure I got what I needed. He helped me correct an error I had made in my order so I got the right product the first time, sparing me from going through RMA, return shipping etc. !

I had been shopping around for a photo deshadow box for about 3 months. I ran across a magazine ad for a photography de-shadow box at Adorama. It seemed like a decent product at a fair price.I went online to research, and found that Adorama's price was at least 50% lower than everyone else's. I was skeptical, but I ordered it anyway, thinking that I could always return it. Being a cheapskate at heart, I opted for standard shipping, I received it 3 days later. After using the product --- I was wrong, it was a great product at an excellent price.  I received a follow-up email from Adorama a few days later, they wanted to know if I was satisfied with the product and their service. Would I order from Adorama again? In a heartbeat.

From the moment I dialed the toll free number to receiving my lens was incredible. I reached a saleman right away. Told him what I wanted...
he repeated it back to me. We chatted for a short time. I hung up very happy. And received an email with a minute or so verify the sale.
Then the tracking emal came. The product was on time and as described. I would use Adorama and recommend them to others(I already have)

Adorama knows the meaning of customer service.  I ordered my camera on a Thursday thinking I'd have to wait forever to get it as most firms ship the following Monday.  I received my camera on Tuesday.
I have dealt with Adorama in the past and service like this along with consistently low prices keeps me coming back.  It's little wonder they have the excellent reputation they do.

Purchased toner cartridges from Adorma.  They were delivered quickly and the ordering process was smooth and quick.  The merchandise received was exactly what was ordered and in excellent shape.  Adorama is a good provider to order from.

It was good except for the very restricted UPS Delivery specified by Adorama. I had to take a day off work in order to receive and sign for the package. UPS would not let me pick up the package at their facility.

My order arrived on time as I ordered (overnight). They have a 3:00 pm cutoff for it to ship but I finished my order 10 minutes past that cutoff but I still got my order the next day.

My shopping experience with Adorama was great as usual. I viewed my product (slr lens) on the web site but I made my purchase over the phone. I got a gentleman named Hector. He was polite, informative, and a pleasure to do business with. I needed the lens the next day, I asked Hector If this was possible with where I live. He said yes , told me the fee and asked if I needed filters or any thing else. I said no. So he completed the order. Was not pushy at all. This was my third order from Adorama. 1. Website navigation was excellent. The filter conditions (filter by brand, product category etc.) were very useful (unlike in some other sites)

3. For used items they have a rating system. I haven't bought used so I don't know how accurate their assesments are

I ordered the Nikon D90 camera kit (body only) and 18-200mm Nikkor zoom lens.  I needed both as an expedited delivery as I was leaving for vacation and wanted to take both items.  I spoke with a customer service representative via phone who expedited fulfillment and delivery of the order - ordered on Monday, received on Thursday.  I'm very happy with the timeliness and cost of the delivery - $30.75 for UPS 3 day select delivery was well worth it.  One comment on the lens: Adorama described it on their website as "VR II".  I thought I was going to be getting the newer 18-200 with the zoom lock at 18mm.  However, the "II" refers to Nikon's second generation VR (NOT the 18mm zoom lock).  Not a big deal for me.  However, if you really want the 18mm zoom lock on the Nikon 18-200 lens, you'd better check with Adorama first to make sure you know exactly what you're getting.

Customer service made several suggestions for additional associated items to purchase.  They were knowledgeable but not pushy.

I saw a great on-line price over a weekend that I couldn't pass up on a the Garmin factory canvas carry case accessory for my GPS that I'd been wanting to keep all the loose pieces & accessory items togther. Shipping and handling charges, which were reasonable still left me at half the cost I'd seen elsewhere. The order confirmation and package tracking info was received by e-mail the next day. The Item itself in its original sealed retail package arrived well packed and quicker than I expected a few days later. Would definitely buy from Adorama again.
