The box the lens came in had one crushed corner and the rear lens cap was broken. The lens had defects internally as well. Adorama did not respond to any e-mails and I finally had to call to get a response. Even after providing my telephone number in several e-mails, nobody ever called. Nobody ever identified themselves by name when I spoke to them on the phone. I returned the product and am now waiting to see when I will get my refund.

Although the shipping with UPS Mail Innovations was poorly tracked, my order arrived much sooner than my orders previous to it and much sooner than expected. My items arrived in good condition, however, they could have been packed better, as they did sustain some dings, but not enough to alter their function as far as I can tell.

i have not received my products - after almost one month. A telephone call (from me) told me it was in back-order. So about products and delivery I have not much to say - not positive anyway, but you have a nice internetside and fair prices.

My experience was mostly good. However, one of the items I ordered (the tripod) was damaged and obviously used. Customer Service processed my return request OK, but showed absolutely no concern that I had received a used item. (I spoke to two different Customer Service reps on two occasions, and to a supervisor on one occasion.) Also the camera body itself, while apparently new and fully functional, had obviously been handled because the LCD screen was covered with fingerprints. I have bought from Adorama in the past and have been happy. However, the combination of the condition of the merchandise I received and Customer Service's lack of any apparent concern will make me unlikely to purchase from Adorama in the future, at least not for major purchases like this one. Mistakes will happen with any vendor but I expect a vendor to not be complacent, to strive to reduce mistakes, which is not what I've seen from Adorama.
