I bought a new flash and a hood for my Canon Rebel XSi at a much reduced price and was delivered in 2 days right before Christmas.  The customer services was SUPER!  It was nice to talk to a very friendly customer service rep and get someone who knows about their products and doesn't over charge for it.  I will continue to purchase items from them.

I've ordered a few products from them and never had any issues. I had been a repeat customer. Recently, I ordered a FS-5 DTE Recorder and the device turns out to be defective.  Within a week or so, I tried calling in and their customer service people wouldn't pick up.  I noticed that sales did so I had a sales person tell me that he would place a note in my order history regarding the problem and that I needed to call back and get customer service.  Once I was finally able to get thru the rep told me that my 14 day grace had expired!! :>

Even though the Sales Rep indicated I would receive a RMA, the Customer Service Rep refused.  So now I am stuck trying to get support from Focus which is also horrible and subject to another review.

I will never order anything else from Adorama as a result... not even postal stamps!!

I have never had anything but the greatest of shopping experience at Adorama.  Finding what I want is easy, the prices are great.  Their shipping is fast, and seems to be faster than the competition from the same area, up to one or two days quicker arrival. If you need to talk to a sales rep they are quick and efficient, and usually offer accessories that will save you from having to place another order later for something you may not have thought about that works with what you order.  If you want an item fast and at a great price, the place to buy

I recently ordered and received a laptop cooler from Adorama.  I find it easy to seach for items on their website.  My order shipped within 2 days and was received 4 days later, even with standard shipping before Christmas.  Adorama routinely sends out an immediate confirmation of the order, followed later by confirmation of shipment.   I am very pleased with the service from Adorama and would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend.

I am a very satisfied repeat customer of Adorama. They have always been accurate and timely with my order processing and delivery, and their prices are competitive, if not always the absolute lowest. Usually, if someone advertises a lower price, it is someone without much history and I tend to be skeptical of such ads. Adorama delivers a consistently very good shopping experience from initial ordering to final delivery, and that is worth paying a little more.

In one word, the experience was simply outstanding.  The order was processed promptly, packaged and shipped as best as I can tell, the same day.  It arrived a day earlier than the UPS projected delivery date.  Absolutely first rate service.

My order was processed quickly and efficiently. Parcel arrived on time and in good order. Item was securely packed in bubble wrap and the carton tightly sealed. That's very important when you live in rural areas like I do and cannot always be at home when parcels are delivered.

The order information available on-line was not updated for 5 days. It made it appear as if order was still being processed. In meantime the item went to out of stock status. Since my order info was not updated I had to call to find out if indeed it was shipping. Found out the shipping was delayed and it went out 2 business days late. No reason why order status was not updated or why the shipping was delayed and it took 3 business days to ship.

The only exception to my excellent shopping experience with Adorama was when I wanted to purchase a Canon battery for my camera. I was contacted by the merchant 2 or 3 times advising the battery was on backorder with an estimated 4 - 5 week delivery time and that I should opt to purchase a brand that I was not familiar with. They really were pushing this other brand but I held my position in wanting the Canon brand only. I questioned what the issue was with Canon and the response was there was some type of work stoppage overseas. When I mentioned that the battery was available thru other websites, their response was that once I ordered it I would learn it was not available. Well, I canceled my order with them and ordered the same Canon battery thru my regular camera store website and received it within a week. Furthermore, this camera store website advises if an item is not available any longer, backordered or out of stock so that you're not wasting your time at time of need. Another camera store website also showed the Canon battery being available. My experience with your third party provider of the Canon battery I wanted makes me wonder about their pushing of another brand. I would be reluctant in doing business with them again. Thanks for providing me the opportunity in sharing this experience. Otherwise, you're top notch, Adorama.

Everything I ordered from the store was as advertised.  However, they pulled a little stunt where the listed price of the items doesn't add up to the total, then have the disclaimer ** Please note that we are not responsible for typographical errors **.  I didn't bother to add up the individual items (assuming Adorama could add correctly).  They then charged me the totaled amount, then a second charge for the difference ($50 in this case).  I called them on it, sent them my original electronic reciept and all I got was "we charged you what the items add up to".  The bill that came with the goods had the new (higher) price, which is what they say I have to pay.  Bottom line, don't trust them to add correctly and double check your total before hitting "buy".

I find the shopping experience at Adorama to be excellent. IT IS EASY TO SEARCH THEIR SITE FOR THE EQUIPMENT I NEED. Adorama's staff is knowledgable and efficient. The prices are fair and usually less than reputable competitors. Adorama is consistent and meets my expectations every time. Adorama does as they say and are reliable. I like that I don't pay state tax and that Adorama is willing to make delivery on many items free. Their delivery is on time and I've never had an inaccurate delivery. Overall, I find Adorama to be the best supplier of my photographic equipment needs.

I am a repeat customer and again Adorama delivers on time for Christmas.  Their web site is easy to navigate and the items were shipped promptly.  Maybe next year you could offer free shipping on all orders of $50 instead of just select items.  They carry the best products and I am sure to be a "three-peat" customer next year.

I will write when something is bad, so it is only appropriate to give credit when credit is due!  I placed my order for a Nikon D90 and a 70-300MM telephoto lens kit with Adorama via an online order.  The process could not have been easier.  The order was placed on a Friday afternoon.  On Saturday they sent me an email indicating my credit card was O.K.'d by my company and that my order had been packaged to ship.  I choose the free shipping which the checkout window stated would take 7-10 days for delivery.  As I was leaving for a business trip on Sunday and due to return on Wednesday that that would be perfect.  On Monday morning I received an email with a tracking number indicating it was due to arrive at my house on Wednesday!  Camera arrived in tact and as ordered.  I could not be happier with Adorama order accuracy, and delivery speed.  I did not receive any phone calls stating it was not in stock, or any type of sales pitch.  I will definately shop at Adorama again withour hesitation.

I find the Adorama site very user friendly.  The search and filter features are intelligently laid out.  The selection of merchandise is excellent.  Shipping is always punctual and returns are handled without red tape.  I have been a customer for years and will continue to be a customer

I was amazed by how easy it was to shop on their on-line store.  The items I purchased were accurately described, and the shipping was super fast, where you order by 6:00PM at they will ship it the same day with no extra cost. I would recommend them highly!!!!
