The shipping with FEdEX is the worst I have ever seen. The delivery guy did not ring the door bell or come inside where the mail box is located. There is no easy pick-up at their offices. The box was slightly damage with a tiny poke. The light system had a glass that was chip about 1.5 cm in on of it corner. The packaging could have been sturdier. The light system did fuction and I was in need for it so I did not return the product. I would not order again if it is the same carrier. FedEx is by far the worst, so if I have to purchase something else with your company I hope u have an alternative carrier. Jacques Arseneault

Overall, my purchasing experience was fairly positive. They had the items I was looking for in stock as well a used item I wound up purchasing while clicking around. Searching the site for a particular items could use some refinement, mainly in the area of filtering results.
