Everything I ordered from the store was as advertised.  However, they pulled a little stunt where the listed price of the items doesn't add up to the total, then have the disclaimer ** Please note that we are not responsible for typographical errors **.  I didn't bother to add up the individual items (assuming Adorama could add correctly).  They then charged me the totaled amount, then a second charge for the difference ($50 in this case).  I called them on it, sent them my original electronic reciept and all I got was "we charged you what the items add up to".  The bill that came with the goods had the new (higher) price, which is what they say I have to pay.  Bottom line, don't trust them to add correctly and double check your total before hitting "buy".

I find the shopping experience at Adorama to be excellent. IT IS EASY TO SEARCH THEIR SITE FOR THE EQUIPMENT I NEED. Adorama's staff is knowledgable and efficient. The prices are fair and usually less than reputable competitors. Adorama is consistent and meets my expectations every time. Adorama does as they say and are reliable. I like that I don't pay state tax and that Adorama is willing to make delivery on many items free. Their delivery is on time and I've never had an inaccurate delivery. Overall, I find Adorama to be the best supplier of my photographic equipment needs.

I am a repeat customer and again Adorama delivers on time for Christmas.  Their web site is easy to navigate and the items were shipped promptly.  Maybe next year you could offer free shipping on all orders of $50 instead of just select items.  They carry the best products and I am sure to be a "three-peat" customer next year.

I will write when something is bad, so it is only appropriate to give credit when credit is due!  I placed my order for a Nikon D90 and a 70-300MM telephoto lens kit with Adorama via an online order.  The process could not have been easier.  The order was placed on a Friday afternoon.  On Saturday they sent me an email indicating my credit card was O.K.'d by my company and that my order had been packaged to ship.  I choose the free shipping which the checkout window stated would take 7-10 days for delivery.  As I was leaving for a business trip on Sunday and due to return on Wednesday that that would be perfect.  On Monday morning I received an email with a tracking number indicating it was due to arrive at my house on Wednesday!  Camera arrived in tact and as ordered.  I could not be happier with Adorama order accuracy, and delivery speed.  I did not receive any phone calls stating it was not in stock, or any type of sales pitch.  I will definately shop at Adorama again withour hesitation.

I find the Adorama site very user friendly.  The search and filter features are intelligently laid out.  The selection of merchandise is excellent.  Shipping is always punctual and returns are handled without red tape.  I have been a customer for years and will continue to be a customer

I was amazed by how easy it was to shop on their on-line store.  The items I purchased were accurately described, and the shipping was super fast, where you order by 6:00PM at they will ship it the same day with no extra cost. I would recommend them highly!!!!

It was very difficult to find that size picture frame in the local stores around here so I ended up googling that frame size and found your web address. This frame is for a picture where we got engaged so it was very important to me that it be "just right" and, it is. There was a photo problem with the picture order, Adorama stepped up and took care of all these problems. The only dissapointment was that I had to pay the return shipping on the photo books.

Sold my old Nikon 35mm set with lenses to Adorama.  The entire process was relatively simple.  My only complaint is that you have to talk with the advisor for their price quotes.   It took several messages before I spoke with the advisor to get my actual price quote.  They gave me more than the other guys.  They increased the amount if you roll it over to make a purchase.  I used the money to go for the Canon 7D.

Ordered Canon7D body from Adorama.  On time delivery and accurate order.   Canon USA with warranty.  UPS delivery with emails to update regarding the shipping status.  Extremely satisfied with the online experience.  I would buy from them again.

It's a an another wonderful experience I had with Adorama's fast service sending the Canon DSLR and Lenses. No issues whatsoever. Again this is my second DSLR camera experience with them.

I purchased an Olympus SP 590 UZ from Adorama.  The transaction went smooth a silk.  They shipped the product VIA UPS and since I am in the same UPS zone I received the camera the day after it shipped.  I ordered the camera on a Saturday and received it on Tuesday.  I am very happy with their service and the product is great.

I made a total of two purchases with this merchant about 8-9 months apart. Unfortunately both orders are delayed due to merchandise out of stock unexpectedly. With the first order, the merchant even messed up my the charge because it charged me half of the total charge before delivery and I used a coupon for the purchase.
