On Monday I placed an order with Acquire Tech. for an IBM drive. I received an email from their customer service rep confirming my order, letting me know they have stock, will ship right away, and the Fedex ground shipping was free. I thanked him and asked when he thought I might get the item because I needed it asap. His reply was that he would see what he could do to speed up the shipping. I thought he was just being polite and did not expect too much. The next day, he e-mailed me and told me that the item has shipped, and he upgraded my shipping to Fedex 2nd day for free. I was pleased, but remained skeptical. Today, Wednesday, the Fedex guy just delivered my package at 12 noon. I live in Los Angeles and this package came all the way from the east coast in 2 days flat. If this isn't professionalism, what is? My apology for being skeptical and thanks again to my rep. Now, I have nothing but high regards for Acquire Tech. and their people. I would definitely do business with them again whenever possible.

VERY pleased with the amount of communication I received from AcquireTech.com regarding our order. An email was sent right away confirming the order and shipment, then tracking was emailed to me the next morning along with a paid invoice. The order arrived sooner than expected (not bad for free shipping). We would definitely consider this company in the future for our IT product needs...thanks again.

I received my battery the day after I ordered it. The price was so good that I wondered whether it really be the new IBM battery as claimed; it was. Excellent price and outstanding service.

At 4:00pm (CST) I placed a call to Aquire Technology LLC, which is based in NY (EST). They were able to overnight me a part that I received the next morning. Friendly staff and EXCELLENT follow though. Most impressive. This is how business SHOULD be done!

From my experience with Acquire I can say that they are very customer-focused, giving you the feeling that you're their most important customer. That's very important to me, especially if I need to change the shipping address at the last minute, or if I have a question about a product I'm interested in. I am very happy with their efficiency and I'd be pleased to order from them again.

This was my first purchase with this vendor. Ordered a couple IBM batteries that I needed before a trip and they delivered the package sooner than expected. The batteries were new, original manufacturer product and the price was very reasonable. I would buy from them again if we ever need more.

Ordered a Cisco PIX firewall and it was new, original manufacturer product as they advertised. Pricing was less than some other vendors I have worked with. The rep assigned to our account was friendly and responsive, keeping me informed regarding the order. I would order from Acquire Technology again.
