Customer service stinks. They wouldn't replace $10 worth of stainless steel flatware - that was stamped with their name/brand - that rusted. The guy in charge said that's what happens when metal gets wet!  I would not shop here again	Overall Rating: Customer service: On-time delivery:

I was thrilled to find a place that supplied the extra chafing dishes I required, but was less than thrilled when they took longer to ship than I expected.
