ordered $2400 worth of goods and did not get any follow up calls or e-mails when there was a question about our billing address. even though we have shopped at acemart in the past, have an account, and ace mart has our e-mail address and phone number. am very dissappointed with the service on this order so far.

The supplier tried to charge outrageous shipping charges for some rubber gloves. I work for the military in Japan and the shipping should only have been the cost to mail them to a California address (military FPO address) yet they tried to charge over $15 for three boxes of rubber gloves. I cancelled the order and never heard from the company again.

My only issue with ordering from acemart was the way my product was packaged. The dough boxes were wrapped in plastic and a few peices of cardboard. Looks like UPS banged them around quite a bit and they arrived in less than perfect condition. A bit of elbow grease was required to get them cleaned up.

Since I live in an area that does not have a Restaurant Supply store I felt that Ace Mart provided the same products at a good price. I would have liked it even more if the shipping rate had not been higher simply because I was a residential shopper, rather than a commercial one. All in all I was pleased with the transaction and will gladly shop with Ace Mart again in the future.

After placing an on-line order I decided to change my quantity. I called the 800 number and got the "wait for next agent" message but no one ever answered. It was Friday, Apr 9 so maybe they were closed for Good Friday but their message should have said that. I finally just sent an email, which was answered the next week and the corrected quantity was shipped.

Very dissatisfied. First, when I placed order, they tacked on a $5 "handling fee", but only on the last page, when it was hard for me to back out. This amounted to a 50% upcharge on my purchase. It felt very sneaky. I received a confirmation of my order, but nothing else, for 10 days - no shipping notice, nothing. After 10 days, I contacted them and cancelled my order. These people are awful.

I placed an order on 4/5/04 and have yet to receive a reply regarding the status of the order. The order has not been received, and no communication has been forthcoming even though I have requested information regarding the order. It is unacceptable for a merchant not to respond to inquiry, so I will not order from this merchant again.

Our order was placed on 4/2/04. We have had no contact to this point and have not received anything. I am greatly disappointed in thier performance. As a Quality Assurance professional for 25 years, I find it dificult to belive that a company can stay in business in this day and age with this type of dismal effort of customer satisfaction. They obviously have contracted you organization to perform this survey but they lack the performance that counts which ensuring that you customers are satisfied.

I had to leave two voicemails and send an email to get someone to process my order, even though on the website when I made my purchase, the shipping charges were listed for my item. The entire amount should have been tallied and completed at that time. then to have to wait several days and make repeated attempts to contact them to find out the status, was not necessary. I have not received my order yet so I do not know how the items will arrive.
