Although I did not get a tracking #, I got my package in about 2 weeks. I feel the shipping charges are too much. You charge shipping by the weight of each item, rather than the whole shipment. That means you make money on my shipping charges. I would have purchased more items, but the shipping would be too much, making the product too expensive.

You don't have enough of a selection of paper products. It would be nice to have a total paper summary for toilet paper rolls. By that I mean that it takes too long to add up the sheet area, multiply it by the number of sheets per roll, multiply that by the number of rolls per package, and then factor in the number of plys to get an correct idea of how much toilet paper each package really supplies.

Very nice people. Product info is too sparse. I bought knives. It would have been helpful to my buying decision to know not just blade length and weight, but also blade width, thickness, composition ( No Stain German Steel just doesn't cut it - and that pun IS intended ), Rockwell C scale hardness of the blade, etc. Also, it is slightly deceptive to not explicitly state whether a knife is forged or stamped. Be up-front about it, don't make the buyer figure out that not explicitly stating "fully forged" means either welded together or stamped. Nobody is going to think less of you for being fully honest. In short, be completely forthcoming in your product listings. Don't make the buyer guess or hunt around other places on the internet ( where they might decide to purchase instead ) for information you already have from your suppliers.
