Everything on AccessoryGeeks side was excellent. Only complaint is USPS tracking, it only shows that they received notification of item to be shipped, but this never changes to show where item is, or that it has been delivered.

Although pictures of the item purchased may not be clear, you would think that the merchant knowing the comparably available costs would make a relative distinction if they were charging more. I could have bought the same product for 30% less at my regular online vendor. This vendor mislead me with poor photo comparisons.

Extremely unhappy!!!! I had to take a trip for work and needed some software for a new phone to download my contact list from outlook. I had paid $30 some odd dollars for overnight delivery for a CD and a small USB cable (that cost $24) and it showed up late. I had then written their service department and now gong on 4 days without any reply. I was just inquiring on a rebate on shipping cost. Never again AccessoryGeeks

When I placed my order, I received an e-mail stating that 2 items were back-ordered. It also said that back-ordered items were typically in stock in about 48 hours. I still don't have my items, and it has been almost a month now. I have called Accessory Geeks several times to cancel the order and have my credit card credited for the amount charged. They always tell me they will take care of it, but they never do. I am still fighting with them. This is the worst internet merchant I have ever dealt with.

Ordered LG phone case on Wed Jan 10, 2007 evening. Shipped with USPS 1st class mail on Jan 12, 2007. Received on Jan 17 morning, but it was not the same as the picture shown on the website. It had similar features with that advertised on the website, but definitely not the same. Either the wrong pictures were posted on the website, or it was out-of-stock, and a substitute was sent to me. I also checked on other websites for the substitute, and it was sold around the similar price range. So, I didn't feel it was a bait-and-switch. I didn't return it -- I'm keeping it. Overall, I'm slightly disappointed, but not unhappy -- the substitute is OK.
