Easy shopping online, plus an added bonus was the FREE shipping.  When the package arrived, all the pieces came and the furniture was better than i expected.  Assembly was too easy.  Good quality furniture.  Would definitely do business with this company again.  Was not disappointed.  I received a coffee table and two end tables.  All three items came to my house in great condition, one minor ding but virtually unnoticeable.  These tables were not made out of cheap wood and the finish on the tables were excellent.

I am very satisfied with the furniture except the color was darker then the actual picture. There were a few scratches on the coffee table. Even though I had these problems I still liked the furniture and the price was right.

Of the several online companies with this Broyhill Curio this one promised the quickest delivery date.  I received the Curio in three weeks from the time I ordered it.  My contact with customer service was excellent and they delivered my furniture within 3 days of its arrival in San Antonio despite a holiday weekend.  The delivery people were outstanding.

Shopping at Accent Furniture Direct was easy. We could not find a sturdy yet economical wood coat rack at any of the retail stores. The one we bought at Accent was just what we were looking for.

Receipt of my order was earlier than expected. Product was easy to assemble and of good quality. Only complaint is my coat tree is not level. It leans to one side. Once coats are hung from it, the lean is not obvious. Product is sufficient, however, for our needs.

My complaint is that the quality of the photograph on the website was poor enough that we were surprised by the color of the rug when we received it. We have good quality monitors and it was the PICTURE quality that was poor. I would not have bought it ut considered it too much of a hassle to return it so we kept it. Nice to have that return option though.

When I ordered the item appeared to be instock. After processing it went to backorder status. A few days later the item shipped on time after all. I wish they would offer cushions with corner group. I am very satisfied with the item. A friend would like one as well.
