The bed that was ordered came in 3 different boxes. One of the boxes was damaged when it arrived. Because I did not sign for the packages (it was left for us by the driver), and because this was a gift for my daughter, we did not want to pursue a claim for damaged goods. Only 3 of the 4 bed posts were damaged, and it was minor. Our daughter wanted to sleep in her bed ASAP.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

The table was delivered as promised but there is missing screws which prevented us from completely the table. There is a place that has no paint. We sent to them a form that was enclosed requesting the missing screws. It will takes week to receive them. We are hoping we eventually do receive them. The web site was good and the purchase was easy. The items came quickly. The cabinets were fairly easy to assemble but 2 of the 4 drawers do not glide freely and get hung up when they are close to being shut  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

merchandise received with damage. problems were resolved quickly and friendly. Excellent customer relaions. Product has flaws. bar stools need reinforcement on lower support. wood cracks easily. we are trying to come with a solution on our own. otherwise, product is attractive and otherwise well constructed.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

The quilt rack was ordered on 12/27/06 to replace a defective gift given to my daughter for Xmas. After 1 phone call and 1 e-mail, it is finally being shipped 23 days after I ordered it. That is not the way to generate good customer relations. A problem ignored becomes a bigger problem. A discount was mentioned for the inconvenience. 10% would be appropriate.
