The products I ordered arrived on time and in good condition. Unfortunately, they were for a nano "Generation 2" ipod and the one I own is a "Generation 1," so I needed to return them. I am trusting their return policy is as described and that my account will be credited accordingly when they receive the products back. Everything went as expected except the Tracking Info-The Tracking said the item had been delivered approximately three days before the item arrived.The item came in about the time expected by me-- 7 days from leaving the shipper according to the tracking Info-- Not a good time span but acceptable. Tiger Direct delivers two or three days after receiving the order.?? :)  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

The worst shopping experience of my life. Although the item was advertised as an AC Charger for a Zen V Plus MP3 Player it was acutually a cellphone charg that was not compatible with my payer.
