It took a week for the free shipping to arrive which seems a bit long for an item that started only 300-400 miles from my home.

The shipping was extremely fast and the price was very good. The box that the product came in was smashed though and looked like it has been opened and then taped back up. It was a little embarassing since it was a christmas gift. I was also surprised that when I opened the smashed box, the transmitter wasn't in any type of sealed packaging. It was just sitting in a plastic tray. Thank you!!

Ordered a battery charger and battery. The charger works great. The battery is bad. I have tried to contact Accstation with two emails so far about returnung product. I have not recieved an email back from them yet. So far poor customer service. There is no phone number on website, frustrating!

When I received the menory card, there was no information included of any kind with the card. I had verified that it was the correct card for my camera, but had an error message upon inserting the card in the camera. There was no phone number to call, and the only way to contact the company is by e-mail. Each e-mail I sent to them concerning the matter required a wait of at least 24 hours. I returned the card and am still waiting for a refund for the defective card. It cost me $7.00 to return the card, and I doubt they will refund me the cost of the return for a defective product.

I dont like your service it says 1-3 business days to get the item but its more than a week the item arrive & when, I e-mail your company they told me to that the order will arrive within 7-14 days. why you put the 1-3 business days well in fact you cannot deliver the item in 1-3 days.

AccStation has been wonderful to work with. All products have been exactly as described and shipped in a very timely manner. The shipping is FREE! My only complaint would be that once the item is tendered to the USPS there is no way of tracking the item. DHL, is the initial shipper and their tracking is very timely. But as is the case more often than not, once it gets to the USPS, it's very dicey when or if you will receive the item and what condition.
