I placed an order to Academic superstore and was told at the completion of my order that I require Credentials to order the product. So I sent an email cancelling the order and ordered the product from somewhere else. I shortly after received an email from them stating that I did not actually require education credentials and ASKING me if I still wanted to complete the order. I explained that I had already ordered it elsewhere and that I was fine. The next day, I got a confirmation email stating that the product was sent. I called "customer service" who told me that the email that was sent was a courtesy and was "telling" me that the product was sent, not asking if I still wanted it. I asked him why the email said "do you want us to keep the order open?" He then said that I should have called. WHY DO I NEED TO CALL IF YOU HAVE SHOWN ME THAT YOU RECEIVED MY FIRST EMAIL?

This company is a sham and you should not trust them. They bait you with a low price and then scam you with non-existent customer service and very rude salespeople who obviously have limited people skills.
