I ordered four bags of coffee for $37.05, I only received three bags & the receipt had the price as $27.55. My credit card statement showed the bill as $37.05, I hope it was just an honest mistake on the part of the store. The coffee taste great & is from the Julius Meinl collection. If I shop there again I will only buy one item at a time.

1 box of 6 had the wrong color item (box was mislabeled). I returned wrong item and was later sent the identical wrong color item back. Still waiting!

Great experience. I have been shopping for a Whirlpool Gold dishwasher for a few weeks. After seeing the anniversary sale at ABT and to find a rebate on the model I was looking for, I made my purchase online.

2 hours later, a representative from ABT was calling me to confirm the delivery 2 days later. The representative asked if I was interested in their install and haul away service, at the time I declined both. The next day though, I had changed my mind and sent their CS department an email requesting that they add those services and charge my original form of payment. I received a reply that the services have been added and that they would see me the next day.

Well, 8am the next day came, my phone rang and they let me know my delivery window. ABT showed up during that time, installed my new dishwasher in less than 30 minutes and away they went.

Wonderful, smooth, and no hassle experience. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future!

Only had a bad experience with live chat person. The call started off great and then when I had to ask some addtional questions, it was like she didn't see my other questions and signed off even when I said I was not finished. I needed to phone customer service to solve the rest, which was done perfectly.

My original order indicated availability in 7-14 days. After 8 days I sent an inquiry since I had not received a e-mail saying that you had even received my order. The answer was prompt, but said that it would be another 10 days before you received the item from the factory. This means I would have to wait at least another 14 days before I received my order. This does not seem acceptable. I'm still waiting.

Great company! I purchased a 61" Samsung DLP television and it was at my doorstep in 4 days. The phone staff was very knowledgable and even gave me an additional discount when I ordered over the phone instead of online. 3 days later, Fry's had the same TV for a reduced price. I followed ABT's protocol for price adjustments by sending an email to customer service and never received a response (site stated within 24 hours I would be contacted). This was disappointing. However, I called in and spoke to someone who was supposed to research and call me back and never did as well. Finally after a 3rd attempt I spoke with one of the account managers and though it took much convincing (Fry's had already sold out, ABT originally stated Fry's wasn't an authorized seller of that TV, etc), ABT did match the price and I had the difference posted to my credit card within 24 hours. Overall, it has been a great experience and I would definitely recommend the company.

They had the GE microwave I was looking for in stock at the best price I found on the internet. I received it a few days after ordering it online. It was packaged in the original GE box inside a very sturdy outside box and had no damage. I was very happy with my purchase.
