Abt got me my purchase asap, with a lively humor, as I'd bought something that had to be delivered by truck. The scheduler for the driver was very funny and nice, as was the driver himself. I give these folks a 5 Star rating. They were exceptionally price competitive, and my purchase arrived in great shape. I would most definately buy from them again.

It took them two weeks to deliver the wrong washing machine that I paid nearly $800 for. The order accuracy was obviously off. Then when I tried to call them back, they kept transferring me around from one person to another. Finally 3 weeks later they delivered the right washing machine, and now I have TWO!! They didn't put in the order to pick up the other one. Customer service is poor, and I am not satisfied with this company at all. I can't believe all the rave reviews. BEWARE of this company!!

I bought a JVC DVD player (HRXVC25U and received it promptly and in good condition. I have no problem with ABT - they delivered - the product, however, is not what you would expect from JVC. It is an inferior unit, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I had an awful experience with this company. I purchased a microwave with convection cook at what seemed like a great price, although it noted a 7-14 day backorder. After a month and a half, even though my credit card had been charged immediately, I had not received the microwave and was told by customer service a few times that it was on back order for "another 7-14 days." After 2 months, I received an abrupt email stating that ABT had been advised by the manufacturer that the model was discontinued, so I wouldn't be getting the microwave I had already paid for. ABT then "offered" to send me a different microwave for around the same price, but it did NOT have convection cook. Needless to say, I told them to credit my account immediately and cancel my order. It seemed almost like a "bait & switch" thing. And even if it was not, the experience was VERY disappointing.

Exceptional Superb Service! I originally ordered the rounded screen Toshiba 27 inch 27A34 model and after 2 days decided it was too glary - I called them up to see if we could exchange it and they said sure no problem. We then set up a delivery date to exchange for the flat screen 27AF44 model. There was no extra delivery charge or fee, just the price adjustment. I cannot recommend ABT Electronics enough!

First time buyer here. I ordered Sony memory stick(32 MB) on Monday 2/2/04. Received e-mail next day indicating the product was out of stock. I was disappointed. But Abt offer me a 64 MB stick with discounted price. After some negotiating they drop the price even more and upgrade the shipping(2 day) free of charge. This is a company that tried hard to please it's customers.

Shopping experience was ok except for the fact that the website indicated that my product was in stock when in fact it was backordered for 3 weeks. They also charge the credit card the second you place the order. I do not think that is a good business practice. They should not have charged my card until the merchandise was shipped. Otherwise, everything was good. The shipping company that they used to deliver my appliance was outstanding! The refrig. was delivered in perfect condition, no scratches or dents, and I saved almost $300 from Lowes best price!

Excellent service. I called with the Product Number of the Shelf system I wanted. Spoke to Conrad. He checked for availability and immediately gave me a discount for the product. Which turned out to be the lowest price I can find in the Net. They said they will ship the same day but they shipped only the next day. I received the product in two days.

I ordered some sony bookshelf speakers from ABT electronics and I am very satified with the results. I was a little wary of purchasing them from ABT because it is small compared the other online stores but I read good reviews with only really minor complaints about customer service and some delivery problems that werent associated with the store, only the actual parcel service. I also know that some people will complain if it isnt perfect. so i purchased the speakers and i must say that everything was to the highest standard possible, ordering was simple and quick, the delivery was within 4 days, everything was well packaged. the price was actually very good too, free shipping and no sales tax was also much appreciated. i would highly recommend abt electronics to anyone and everyone.

Bad Experience!!! Don't be fooled by great reviews. Placed my order 2 weeks ago but have NOT received the item yet. Talked customer service to check the status of my order. Customer service then instructed me to contact the carrier directly, carrier informed me that they lost track of the package and will contact me back. Haven't heard from them yet. Hopefully, I'll get it soon.

Excellent website, free delivery no tax in Calif.
Called to see if had computer in stock, quickly spoke with Conrad. He told me a discount was available, gave it to me and said product would be delivered in 4 business days.

Overall it came to be my lowest price and best service on a rather messed up process with lower priced advertisers who didn't have it stock, told me product discontinued, etc.
