VERY UNSATISFIED
ordered air purifier, received it already opened and appeared to have been used. requested a replacement in new and unused condition and when it was received, ABT had left a printed note on it indicating that it was returned defective and left the previous customer's address and phone number on that note. I don't know about their other electronics and their other products, but I would expect an air purifier at least to not have been previously used or damaged. I mean it's supposed to clean your air. Someone who would care about a HEPA filter cleanliness would probably care about this item having been used before or being defective.

It was AMAZING. They had just the product I wanted, the ordering process was smooth and simple, they shipped it almost immediately (I ordered it on a Sunday; they shipped it on a Monday), I tracked the package as it made its way to Long Island, and it arrived in Long Island right on time. Site advertises no shipping fees for Weber Q grill. After ordering $226, shipping came up to $71!!!!!! Watch for the "bait and switch." Not all "free shipping" is the same! Buyer, beware of ABT!!

I ordered a microwave which was listed in stock. Credit card was changed and UPS track number followed a few days later. So far so good. Then the day UPS says it arrives in San Francisco I get an email from ABT customer service Kate Oserka that my order won't be delivered and it is now on back order for at least two weeks and ABT out of the kindness of their heart will let me order something else instead if I don't like this. So I email back saying it sounds very suspicious like ABT decided to divert this shipment at the last minute to some other customer. Kate emailed back saying yes indeed the microwave was going to another somehow more deserving customer. Turns out though evidently ABT Electronics was not competent enough to divert my order and UPS actually delivered the next day. You want an "unforgettable" head banging, nail biting experience -- try ABT Electronics, where you just don't know what is gonna happen next!
