Absolute Comfort On Sale

I received a latex mattress topper with some defects and they replaced it right away. Their toppers are more money than other online retailers but they are the only ones who offered a 30day trial and 10 year warranty. The latex topper is very comfortable.

THey have a wide variety of all things memory foam and latex, too. I used the live support button to talk to a sales person before buying - it really helped - or at least made me feel like I was making the correct choice. Bed/sleep stuff are a little hard to buy online, so live help was appreciated. Thanks!

I enjoyed my purchasing experience with Verlo Matress Factory Stores of Green Bay. My wife and I felt comfortable with Paul, our sales representative. We were confident in his  suggestions and insightful perspective into our bed purchasing experience. I explained our situation and our comfort needs to him.  He then showed us the exact mattress I was considering at first glance at half the price I expected to pay. Once it was delivered and set up in my home free of charge (the delivery guys even bagged the old bed & helped me move it into my basement for storage), I was happy to discover that this mattress felt just like the ones I had tried at other, more expensive retail stores!

I was a little leary ordering online from this merchant since I wasn't familiar with their name. The service was extremely satisfactory - tracking was easy and the product arrived on time in excellent condition. Very pleased!

I ordered a natural latex mattress from Absolute Comfort. The latex came quickly, arriving just 4-5 days after I placed my order. But the mattress enclosure is shipped separately and has not shown up. They are backordered. I had to call in to find this out --- I was not notified at time of order, or afterward, by the company. I am now told it will be at least three weeks from the time I placed my order until an enclosure arrives.

How can a mattress company run out of mattress enclosures in the first place, and then take 2-3 weeks to get any back in stock?

This is poor planning and poor customer service. Natural latex can be bought from a variety of sources that offer better service than this.

I ordered 1000 thread count pure egyptian cotton sheets in two different colors and they arrived within 2 days of my order. I did not ask for extra speedy delivery but I certainly received it. Thank you. And the sheets are really divine. Good price also.

I am very satisfied with the product. The problem with online shopping is you really never know what you get. For example, once I ordered bed sheets from another online shop and they were garbage!!! The thread count was high, however, the thread itself was very thin so the sheets were very thin and felt CHEAP. I appreciate the extensive description you offered for the mattress pad but I was a little apprehensive about the actual product because of my experience with other online shops. Also, in the past, I ordered a mattress pad from ebay and that particular pad didn't even come close to the quality you sent me. HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY (in the description) and D O N' T S E L L JUNKY PRODUCTS. It only takes ONE bad/defective product to lose a potential returning customer (like me).

I was shocked at how fast the product came! it took only about 4 days from time i made the order online to come to my house. I have a suggestion for you - My landlord brought it upstairs to my apartment and the box had split open - not sure if that was due to my landlord carrying a 50 pound package up or if it was due to packing it and it expanded, but you might need to ship in a bigger box for your next customer. however, it was wrapped securely in plastic so it kept it from being dirty. I thought I was going to have to ship it back since it was too firm for me, and the biggest FED EX box i could find, I also split the box open when I tried to put the product in. (24 x 24 x 24 size) but i gave the mattress to my friend who absolutely loves it,as he likes the firmness more than me. So I am not sending it back after all :)

Unexpected delays, but good overall. Originally the order was placed and shipment listed, but no items went out - once customer service was contacted they sent out the order - about a week later than expected but excellent customer service and excellent quality.

The mattress arrived three days ahead of their estimated delivery date. The carton used for shipping was too small for the contents and was heavily damaged during shipment. In spite of this the mattress was in good condition.

Our Comfort Max 300 mattress is awesome! I called the merchant's toll-free number and spoke with someone who was very helpful in making sure I had selected the best mattress for our likes and body types. My husband and I both weigh around 250lbs, so this seemed the perfect match. We've been sleeping great since it arrived. I would recommend this mattress to anyone who likes a very firm (yet surprisingly comfortable) bed. We did add a 2" foam topper to soften it up just a bit which seems to be just right for us. I like that when either of us turn over or change positions, the motion does not affect the entire mattress as it did with our old, traditional spring mattress. The feel of it is similar to a more well-known brand of "memory foam" beds, but those mattresses left me feeling like I was being swallowed up. It was difficult to move or change positions. This is not the case with the Comfort Max 300. Also, our friends paid much more for their brand name mattress only to end up buying another bed because their mattress was too hot for them and it began to break down. It's only been a few weeks, so I don't know how the product will hold up over time. But for now, I could not be happier with my purchase. Perhaps after we've had this a while, I'll come back and update my review. The only drawback I've noticed at this point is, the mattress seems to be slightly smaller than our previous Cal-King, as it does not completely fill the wooden base with drawers the bed sits upon. So, there is a gap at the corners, along the edges, and a rather large one at the foot of the bed after we pushed the mattress all the way to the top to avoid the gap at the headboard. I don't think this would be much of an issue with a traditional frame and box set, but it's noticeable with our frame. But we can live with it and I would still recommend this mattress and this merchant.

Very disappointed in the product. Was not as shown on website; came in three pieces that you had to put together into mattress cover. The three pieces ended up not being the same size which made for a poor mattress. One of the pieces of foam had a large shoe print on it. We sent it back but are still waiting for the refund.
