This is the worst experience I have ever had. I ordered an LG washer/dryer on Dec. 5 for approximately $1300. I received an email stating that it was going to ship to me on or before 12/26/07; if it didn't arrive, I could cancel my order and receive a credit. It never arrived. On January 16, 2008, they sent me an email stating it would arrive on or before 1/17/08. It never arrived. On 1/23/08, I called to cancel my order. On Friday, 1/25/08, I received an email stating that I had to ship the item which I never received back to them and they would deduct 25% for "restocking." On Monday, 1/28/08, I called them and was told the item had been lost but that my AMEX account would be credited within 2-3 business days. That took 30 minutes on the phone, most of it with me on hold. On 1/31/08, my account still had not been credited. I called again. I demanded to speak with a supervisor. I was told they with other customers who were probably also complaining. I was then told that the accounting dept was "behind" and that's why I had not received the credit. The saga continues as I have not yet received the credit. I was told today, it would take 5-7 business days for the credit to show up on my account. I will never purchase anything from here again. If you are thinking about it, SHOP ELSEWHERE even if you have to pay a little more. I have never experienced anything like this.
