Terrible Experience, unprofessional!

I ordered a sony camcorder from Abes after much review of retailers. The website claimed the item was "in stock" and "brand new from manufacturer". The initial online order was smooth and simple. I called them the next day to buy a protection warranty at which time the sales associate tried to pressure me into buying numerous other products. The camera arrived on time, I opened the package to find a camcorder box that was not factory sealed! All of the contents of the camcorder box had been opened and repacked! The camcorder was obviously used and showed dents and scratches! I called them immediately, told them the problem, and told them I would only be happy if I was sent a brand new camcorder overnight. They were out of stock and explained that I was accidently sent a returned camcorder which a new employee thought was new (does anyone check what is sent out!). They never had a new camcorder in the first place. I was told over the phone that I could keep the used item and get a big discount....YEAH RIGHT! They gave me a ups # to send it back. I did receive a full refund but the process took many calls and most of the staff was quite unprofessional. I was told that my warranty order was never charged and that it never shipped. A few days later I received the warranty and my credit card was charged. Again, after numerous calls I received a refund and I sent the warranty back. I am happy that my problem was solved but I will never buy from Abes again nor will I refer anyone. This is a major retailer that really needs to run a more professional business.
