I have noticed that Abe has the best price of any member of the Better Business Bureau. I try to avoid no name company that don't do legitimate business that can close anytime with your credit card.

I bought a Panasonic's Lumix DMC-FZ15 4 Megapixel with regular shipping. The price was the lowest of the BBB, but the $20 for basic shipping was a little high. It came on the exact day that the UPS stated that was a full week. The product was brand new and securely packaged. There is an online tracking for those who are use to that.

Customer service called the day after to confirm the order and to bait you to get a package deal, which I didn't want. So I said no and they were not pushy at all.

I call a couple of day later to upgrade the model, but they said it shipped already which was quicker then Amazon, so I could not upgrade the model.

I email them within a month (about 2 weeks), to see if they price match like some direct company like Dell and LaCie; they don't. The price of the camera dropped $20 within 2 weeks, but they did say they would reimburse me $10 which is better then nothing.

I would shop here again. Good price and fast inventory waiting time, but a little expensive on the shipping. Customer service is quite responsive even if they didn't let me upgrade at the last minute.
