The quality of the product was terrible. I returned it and asked for a refund (valid request on the return form). I had to pay $8.30 in postage to return it. ABCInk did not refund me either the cost of the junk they sold me nor my return postage. They just sent me another drum! I have not even bothered to waste my time to open it. I sent emails (3 times) to their alleged Customer Service. They did not reply. This was my first and last time buying from them. Do not waste your money there.

I simply Googled Brother Fax Cartridge replacments and found Abcink, and then went to the site and searched quickly to find the replacement. The payment method was pretty standard and easy.

Smooth transaction, AOK website that gave zero trouble with finding what I needed, good shipping options, and a terrific price. The company I last ordered three toner carts from (December 2008) had doubled their price but ABCink still had the "old" price. I avoided two other merchants with (slightly) lower prices because they didn't have as much feedback from buyers so I was a bit leery. ABCink had good feedback and seemed to be of sufficient size that it was unlikely to be a scammer or a fly-by-night operation.

Do not waste money buying at ABCINK. I have bought package of three HP cartridges. They are not working at all. I understand one, but all three can be just thrown out to garbage.

Great prices. Terrible product that printed a leopard pattern on every page until about 10 pages were printed in succession. No troubleshooting offered but RMA was accepted quickly. I had to persist to obtain a return label to ship the defective product back. I was interested in an exchange but was only offered a refund. Thus, I will not have the chance to determine if this was a unique experience or the rule with HP toner from ABC Ink. I gave 2 stars only because the return was not problematic.
