I recently bought a high-end grinder from Aabree. They shipped it promptly but unfortunately it arrived defective and in non-working condition.
Aabree's telephone support efforts were inconsistent at best. They would not connect me with a technician the several times I called for help. Instead they would only agree to take a message with a promise to call back in 24 hours. Sometimes they called back, sometimes they didn't. They don't seem to keep accurate call records, so you start from scratch each time, explaining the entire story again and again.
Aabree's website claims they offer an "unconditional 30 day money back guarantee," and that "we dont hide behind complicated return policies." But--surprise! Their written return policy (available upon request) is FULL of conditions and traps: the unit must be returned in "cosmetically perfect" condition and must be repacked EXACTLY as shipped using ALL original shipping materials, or else they will charge you. With Aabree the burden of perfect performance always falls to the customer, it seems.
Last but not least, as the company is now located in New York State under new ownership, why are they still sending sales flyers that give a two-year-old Medford, Oregon address? I will not buy from them again.
