The shoes I received had been either previously tried on or floor samples because they were untied (new unused walking shoes usually have the shoe lace ends tied in a lose knot, together) and there was no shaping paper stuffed in the toe of the shoes. They looked like they had just been tossed in the box after being tried on.

The service was so good, I had to share my great experience with others... This store has a great selection of New Balance products in a variety of sizes.

I shopped there twice, the first time there were no complication and the order was shipped the next day.

The second time, I ordered two pairs of the same shoes. Though the system accepted my order, I was promptly informed by customer service that only one pair was available which will be shipped to me immediately, and that they are attempting to locate the other pair at a different store, but I have an option to cancel, if I so choose. Within three days, they were able to locate the second pair and shipped it to me immediately. I feel that how they handled this hiccup was even more telling than the initial impeccable order.

This is the best website experience that I ever had. They had the shoe that I needed that I could not find anywhere else and they shipped it out the same day. What more could I ask. The people were nice and the price was very reasonable and they were knowledgeable about my foot problem. They even said that I could try the shoe out for 30 days and return it for any reason, no questions asked.
I will be buying all of my New Balance shoes there from now on.

Great selection , great prices and wonderful customer service. I called and spoke to a very knowledgeable salesperson who described the difference between a crosstrainer and a running shoe. After discussing with the salesperson what I would be using the sneaker for I selected a crosstrainer. The shoes arrived on time and I am very satisfied with the entire experience and will surely tell all my friends.
