I would never purchase from this company again. If you return an item, as I did because it was not satisfactory; they charge a 25% restocking fee. And no credit was issued until I sent an email, which was not answered, or even acknowledged; and then only SIX weeks later. Even though I followed all of their return procedures, if I had not had UPS verification that AM Royal received the return, I doubt if there would have been a return.

Ordered a Bosch stacking kit on 12/9/08 - received on the morning of 12/11/08 - Lowest price online!!!! Fast and FREE shipping , accurate description, confirmation of order , notification of shipping with tracking, follow up on my satisfaction with product - best customer service I have experienced on with any online order!

This was a great shopping experience. We received the items faster than expected. We did our reaserach prior to ordering the LG refrigerator on the internet and A M Royal came recommended by many customers so we decided to order with them.  The Price onthe refrgerator was in line with all of the other merchants online but they were the only store with the trusted store seal selling this refigerator. We ordered it on Sunday night and the delivery took place on Friday the trucking company called a day before the delivery to schedule the time with us and they accomodated the time we were availabl to receive it. 
I am another happy customer and very happy to share my good experience with other shoppers.

This was absolutly a great experience dealing with this company. We ordered a refrigerator which arrived 3 days after the order was placed, the trucking company contacted us a day before to schedule the delivery and gave us a 2 hour window. The delivery was white glove and the guys placed it in my kitchen, and just to mention this was a free delivery and i was not expecting such a good delivery experience but i guess i cannot complain for getting a white glove delivery for free.

This is my kind of a company and i'll deal with A M Royal Again.

It was a great shopping experience. I did my research and found them to be very trustworthy so i placed the order with them for my dream kitchen appliances. I ordered it on a Monday and on Friday all items were delivered and installed in my kitchen. The trucking company was great and courteous. I fully recommend this store.

I called and ordered an expensive downdraft ventelation system with an exhaust.  After not hearing from them about delivery, I called back and was told they had a open box in stock.  I said I would accept that if it was new.  I was assured it was.  Another week and it arrived.  My husband accepted delivery.  When my contractor fully opend the package the next day, the hood was clearly not new.  Among the problems noted, the frame was twisted and out of line and the electrical connectors showed evidence of prior efforts to install. There was no documentaion and pieces were missing.  Despite timely reporting the damage, and sending pictures of the product, they denied the claim, said there was no evidence it was damaged prior to or during shipping,  and refused to take the product back or refund the over $600.00 I paid for the product.  I will never again do business with this company!!!

I'm impressed!  I ordered a Samsung French Door Refrigerator.  The salesman was very knowledgeable.  He took his time with me explaining the differences between the Samsung, LG, and GE.  With his help, I decided on the Samsung.  Then he advised me I could finance the refrigerator for 6 months with no interest or payments.  No brainer!  The fridge shipped two days later.  It arrived at my house in four days.  The best part was free white glove delivery!  The guys brought the fridge into my kitchen, uncrated it, put it in place and took away the carton.  This was a great experience.  It is such a pleasure to find a dealer who knew what he was talking about, did everything he said he would do and more.  By the way, there was never any pressure to place the order.  They seemed to be more concerned with my needs than making the sale.  I highly recommend A M Royal.  Thank you!

Will never buy from these people again! They lied and cheated me when it came to delivering on their promises.. I ordered a fireplace that cost $50 bucks more than the competitor because The sales person Tia said the one from AM Royal came with screen doors. I placed the order then waited many weeks and thru many lies as to why my order was not filled I did receive my order and ask where are the doors. Tia said she would find out and get back to me. Now she will not answer her email or phone calls from me anymore. Buyer Be Ware ! I have waited several months for a reply so I am pretty sure they are intent on just taking my money and never providing the doors.

I ordered a stainless steel door for my Bosch dishwasher. The online process was fine, however the customer service was not acceptable. I called the day after placing my order, Friday, to confirm when my order was shipping and was told that the door had been ordered and would be arriving at their warehouse on Tuesday. I followed up on Tuesday to check the status and was told they had the door and would be shipping out that day. I e-mailed customer service on the following day to get the tracking number and was informed that they still had to get the product from the Bosch warehouse. Needless to say they information I was given to that point was completely false, so I canceled my order.

AM Royal's service is outstanding! I was in desparate need of an LP converter for my gas dryer. Not only did they have it in stock for immediate delivery (when no one else had it), it arrived in just one day! It arrived the next day after it was shipping. Their customer service is at the top of my list and I will buy from them again without hesitation and I would and will highly recommend them.

I had a very good experience with the store. I bought gas range and dishwasher. Good prices, good service. I called customer service instead of ordering on-line because I needed items to be delivered to the 3rd floor with no elevator. No problems - just additional 10 dollars for the 2nd stair case per item. The delivery manager contacted me a night before delivery, and gave me 2-hour window. On the day of delivery, the truck was running a little late, so I called the number I was given- they contacted the driver, and told me that the truck is running 10 minutes late. Not a big deal. The delivery guys brought both appliances upstairs, and even unpacked the stove.

Store provided highly competitive price, delivery speed and customer service. Our OTR microwave arrived on time but with broken plate (was packed near edge of box with no protection [bad design]) and with an electronic defect. AM Royal immediately arranged exchange with a new one that was perfect. Customer service had no phone menus that I detected, so I had to speak directly with always helpful staff. Delivery driver confirmed delivery the evening before, both times.
The one worry with internet shopping for me is 'what kind of support will I get if I should need it'. This is why I chose AM Royal, because others has reported good experience. In fact, I did have a problem but it was quickly resolved to my full satisfaction. I am very pleased to add my enthusiastic vote for this online vendor and expect to shop here again!

The Range hood we ordered was damaged by ups. We called to report it right away. The Customer Service Representative took care of it right away and we received the new range hood within 4 days. Highly Recommended.

Order confirmation and shipping was faster than expected. The problem we had was that the microwave we ordered was for a later installation (approx. 2 weeks) and when we removed it from the box it had concealed damage. Due to time constraints we had to install anyway, and the damage was on the bottom rear, so not quickly noticeable. I emailed them twice about the damage, no reply. I expect that I'll never get one either, but I would be perfectly willing to exchange units if I ever hear back from them.

Ordering online was easy. I called customer service to have them change the shipping address which they did and products arrived 4 days later very well boxed.Compared to previous orders from other merchants online this was easy and fast transaction without the followup calls to try sell you extra stuff. Also the prices on the air conditioners were the best online and they had the promotion of extra 5 year warranty at no additional cost which made the deal from them the best around. I'll order from them again and i fully recommend them.
