my cabinet came in 2 parts(pieces) and one was damaged. I contacted AVthing and they were very sorry and are in the process of sending a replacement. They also did not require me to send back the damaged piece-this would have required repackaging by me and inconvenience of seeing that it was shipped back. I should have the new piece in several days and am looking forward to doing business with this merchant again in the future.

I had done research on this product and thought a competitor (with poorer ratings) had it cheaper. I ordered from AVthing and took them up on their price matching offer. They are really just a middle man for PrePac. My items were shipped directly from PrePac, so if I did have a problem, not sure how well they would actually be able to help me. There were some special screws missing from the package as well.
