Worst service, worst attitude, cares nothing about the customer

Stay away from Cingular at all costs. I experienced routine drops outs and line problems. The "free" LG phone I received was terrible and they would not allow an upgrade unless I signed a 2 year extension - so like a fool I did and added another 3 lines for a total of 5. After experiencing painful wait times for customer service, multiple billing errors, and rude, arrogant treatment I decided I'd had enough so I switched 2 of my lines to TMobile. I guess I thought they would work with me to keep the other 3 lines but I was wrong - all they wanted was a $300 early term fee from me and reminded me that I would owe another $450 if I decided to term the others. A contract is a contract - chapter and verse. So, now I owe $300 and I'm stuck with 3 lines under a company that could care less about me as a customer who now will be hounding me for $300 on top of my monthly bill for the other 3 lines. Talk about pain!! They never once tried to offer me any alternatives or try and keep my business. It is this type of scenario that reminds me why it is possible for people to become hazed-over and indifferent toward one another. Hate this company. Hate what they stand for.
