I order a QUICK RELEASE KIT for my Garmin 305 from ANTonline. They had the best price in town on this item by a long shot. I was a little skeptical at first but ordered it anyway thinking it could take weeks to get here. Well I was wrong!!! It was shipped the very next day and got to me two days later, just in time to us it that weekend. The Quick Release itself was great!!! The people at Garmin did a great job designing it and the people at ANTonline did an even better job at getting it me at a great price.
I look forward to doing business with them again...very soon!! |

They had the correct product. And they seem to be the only place online to get them. Their prices seem fair to low, which I think is great. Online cart & check out was smooth & quick. There are various way to pay & all seem secure. The shipping was faster than estimated & expected. Product was exactly as described. There were no shipping errors and the product in the package was well protected.

Well, i'll have to say that im almost satisfied with the service. That would be be cause the item i ordered was not exactly the item i receveid.
I ordered the eVGA nForce 680i SLI Motherboard 122-CK-NF68-A1 and what they sent me was the 122-CK-NF63-TR and i happened to know that the diference between the 2 is the accessories and cables and stuff wich is why i ordered the A1 and not the TR. Not even the screw to attach the board to the case i got. But with that out of the way, the board works fine wich its a relief cause i was worried to get a defective board like it happened to so many users and has happened to me before with a diferent brand and diferent store. |

I have never had any problems with this seller, the product was just as described and arrived right on time as scheduled.
Nice little protective case and clip. fits perfect, hope to buy some new colors in the future, I used a pink skin on a yellow Zen Stone MP3 player, I like the effect of mix and match, or don't match. Worst Customer service EVER! Although my order was shipped effectively, the wrong item was delivered. This was discovered as I opened the outer packaging. Inner package was not disturbed. Antonline refused to make an exchange or to refund my purchase. They refered to their "buyer's remorse" clause in their only email to me regarding this issue. They finally relented and issues an RMA; however, they stated that if they chose not to accept they would not return or refund the item. I ordered the correct item directly from factory at a better discount. In my research Antonline is know for its terrible customer service and no ability to actually talk to person about any problems. I will never use Antonline for any business transactions.

Amazon stuck me with these bozos because they had the lowest price. They used an insane shipping method that resulted in a lost package and refused to do anything until 3 weeks had passed. Their automated responses to customer service requests were infuriating. I canceled my order. The topper was that they post automated responses to all negative customer feedback on Amazon, calling their customers liars and nitwits. BTW, they lie about their customer satisfaction: when they defame their unhappy customers, they claim a 99% satisfaction rate, but Amazon has them at 94%. Somebody there needs to get fired.

I should have gone to ANTonline to begin with.
I called first, to verify that they did indeed have 62 items in stock of what I was looking for. Showing how many they have makes a difference. Then I placed my order, and paid for extra fast delivery to be delivered in 2 days. I received confirmations of the process all along the way. They sent me an email stating that my order would arrive on Aug 2nd, which would have been the 2 days. I got home on Aug 1st ,and to my surprise, my order was already delivered! I have to say that I am extremely pleased with their customer service, their website, the speed of delivery and their notification system. I will definitely shop with ANTonline in the future. Finding a good company that goes beyond what they promise is hard to come by. This company delivers! |

I purchased a hard drive from them through amazon. The drive that was advertised was different from the one I got. I tried to contact ANTonline, and I got these "canned" e-mail responses. It took forever to talk to a human, and then they finally told me that since I had opened the package, they would not receive it back. They say that they have a 30 day return policy, but that is not 100% true. Ended up getting it resolved with amazon, but I will never do business with ANTonline again. They are not honest business people...

ANTonline essentially provides zero problem resolution to dissatisfied customers. I received a defective product, they received my money, and that is how it will stand. They are totally unresponsive. There is no live customer support, only automated email. After the first response, there are no more. Buyer is forced to seek satisfaction from the manufacturer (repair/replacement only) not a full refund as you would expect from a reputable vendor. I have purchased many items from Amazon affiliates, but this experience is the only bad one, and it was awful. I would strongly recommend against doing business with them.

Just hope you get the right item and have no problems with it. Their return policy in a scam. THEY WILL NEVER ACCEPT ANY RETURN FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE. Once they have the returned item back in their hands, they will simply repackage and sell it and refuse the return. They have a huge file with the Better Business Bureau of Atlanta, GA. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE IDIOTS!

I placed an order through Google checkout. I ordered a 512MB SD card. I ordered it two weeks before I was leaving for six weeks and needed it for that time period. The order was delayed and I needed it shipped to the address where I would be for those six weeks. I called and the salesperson told me that the only thing to do would be to cancel the original order and reorder the item. The original order was not canceled and because I was out of town I was not able to return the extra item.
I am very disappointed with my experience. I feel that I was deceived so that they could make another sale. I would not recommend ANTOnline to anyone. |

There was advertised on their website a 20-pack set of 40GB WD drives for SATA-1. The price was low, so I was thinking it wasn't right. But then the shipping charge was $28+ and a normal drive ships for $8. The other thing I noticed is that they had another link for just single drives of the same type. So, given the item said "pack of 20" and the shipping was high, I ordered. Guess what - 1 drive showed up. I tried to get in touch with them (next to impossible) and the only response I get is that I can ship the drive back to them. How about realizing that the ad is wrong, and either shipping the other 19 drives or at least paying me back for the shipping and changing my order to a single drive?? Last time I will buy from ANT Online. |

I nor the school district within which orders are placed will ever conduct business with this organization ANTONLINE.COM again. An order was placed for an Infocus projector bulb. The bulb that was shipped was the incorrect bulb but the bulb listed on the invoice was the correct bulb ordered. I reiterate that the correct bulb was ordered and listed on the invoice but the wrong bulb was placed and mailed within the shipment. After extensive emails to this company with whom it is nearly impossible to communicate with a human an RMA was issued. This item was sent to the correct address with the RMA attached. This was then rejected by antonline.com as being the wrong part number. Go figure that the part number in its original sealed box (which was never opened) did not match the invoice as they had created the mistake on their end. This is a dishonest company who should be avoided at all costs. We would rather pay a higher price with an honest company than ever do business with ANTONLINE.com ever agian. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
As stated earlier no business with be conducted with this group in the future. |

On 5/31/2007 I ordered headphones at ANTOnline.com. I paid $74.94 for them PLUS $16.98 for UPS two-day shipping. For atotal of $91.92. I took a vacation day from work and stayed home to pick up the delivery and it never came. I left town for business

HORRIBLE! They cancelled my order *without notifying me*, and they do not answer the phone unless you are placing an order (order takes will NOT help with customer service issues). I asked a sales rep if they would transfer me to a human and he said that I'd be on hold for a half hour. Then when you try to e-mail them to ask about an order you placed, they ignore you. I e-mailed them on Monday and it's Thursday and they still have not replied. UNACCEPTABLE! STAY AWAY FROM ANTonline.com!

Please remove this stupid feature - I believe that in answering your questions above I have supplied enough information to give an impression of my experience with ANTOnline. This requirement to add a "short review" prior to submission is the reason I HATE these types of surveys. Make it easy on the consumer. Unless this feature is removed I doubt I will complete another survey like this - TIME is money and you've just wasted mine.

The order was placed for overnight shipment, but we discovered that the items were not necessary for our new servers. The day they arrived I contacted the company about returning them and received a reply the next day that they were "a special order" and non-refundable.
I notified them that they were not a special order and that they had just been ordered the day before straight off of their website.
I was cordial about it for 3 unanswered phone calls and 3 emails. No one ever called me back or replied via email. I even sent a fourth email later for a correct invoice b/c the one I had received had a different amount than what was charged to my corporate credit card....no reply. I had also requested that the tax charge be taken off because we're a DoD research facility and tax-exempt...no reply.
I hope they enjoyed the $1,692.59 they received off of this purchase because we will never deal with ANTOnline again.
BTW: We spend nearly 2 million dollars on IT equipment for this program alone and we eill NOT spend any of this program's money or any of our other program's money on this company!!

They did not notify me the product was out of stock I had to email their support team and wait another day to find out it was in fact out of stock and thusly delayed me finding another source to purchase this from because my card was charged even before the product was shipped.
