First time customer of ANTOnline. I found the product I was looking for at a better price than elsewhere which made me suspicious that they may be lacking in integrity. However, since they were on Amazon and had some good reviews, I did order from them and hoped for the best.

I got what I hoped for. The item (Siemens cordless phone extension)was delivered quickly and well packaged. I am a satisfied customer and have that good feeling that I get when I save money. I would buy from them again.

I will never buy from ANTOnline again! Delivery was slow, and emails were answered even slower and customer service was unbelievably unhelpful and rude. Even after asking for a supervisor I got nowhere in the return process. I was given a defective product and they refused to take it back because I had opened the package. (how else would I have known it was defective???) I work from home in a virtual call center and depend on my equipment to work. That's how I make my living. If my equipment doesn't work properly I lose hours and productivity. That's why I was stunned when they actually told me to wait 15 days for the warranty to run out and contact the manufacturer. Was I supposed to just not WORK for 15 days or what?
That "great" deal cost me a fortune in lost hours and productivity. Not to mention lost moments of my life for the aggravation of dealing with unreasonable customer service people. NEVER again will I mistake a "great deal" for what it really is, a fly by night company trying to pawn off junk to unsuspecting customers.

Fast Shipping & Reliable Vendor...first time customer was well-satisfied and so especially pleased with very low pricing on SONY's NEW Dual Layer DVD-RW DRU-840A drives that I bought three of them at once. Wished they'd have given me a break on the shipping though...since I did purchase three of them at once. I didn't ask them to...but they should've thought of that themselves methinks...to keep a leg up on their competitors!

I researched where I could purchase some aquaguard DVD's
and came across ANTOnline. The delivery time was excellent
and they sent the correct product to me. The Imation
AquaGuard DVD-R disc's.Once I printed on the DVD's with
my DVD printer an HP C5280 the disc's looked very professional
and I was happy that I chose ANTOnline as my supplier.
They are really great all around with professional service.
The AquaGuard's are very special from Imation because they
make for an excellent surface for ink jet printer's.
Now I know what there is on every DVD that I own.No more
guessing and writing with magic markers.They are printed on
the actual disc not on paper. The AquaGuard is a protective
coating sodon't be fooled by any printable DVD's get the
best and shop at ANTOnline.This is my personal review and
not a paid advertisement.

I was AMAZED at how quickly my item was processed and shipped. I actually got my BlackBerry holder in one day when I requested two day delivery!!! The item was excellent and well packaged. I hadn't found the item anywhere online and in addition, the ANTOnline price was better than expected. I will definitely shop here again.

I like the belkin cushtop as far as comfort, but it does not draw the heat from my laptop the way it said it does. I'm somewhat disappointed in it but I am making do with it since it's a pain in the butt to return it to Amazon. I give it 2 stars out of 5.

Terrible, Bad Bad Bad, I received half of my order, when I tried to check the status on the rest of it, they kept giving me the run around, I called for 3 days with no success, I was put on hold for 20 minutes and then someone came to the line and said I have to hold more and when someone is available they come back to me, 20 more minutes someone picked up and hang-up.
