ANTOnline is perhaps the WORST online company I have ever ordered from. I have placed three different orders with ANTOnline in the last 6 months and none of them have ever shipped: One from Amazon and Two From their online store. One of the orders was supposedly damaged in their warehouse BEFORE IT EVEN SHIPPED and instead of just sending another; they canceled the order and had me place a whole new order. This included them holding over $500 dollars on my Card for almost 3 weeks and wanting me to order another before I was refunded. Why couldn't they just send another unit, IT DID NOT EVEN LEAVE THEIR WAREHOUSE YET! Then the reorder miraculously just got canceled for no reason and no explanation was given; Another 3 weeks waiting on a refund. Now the Amazon order was canceled because they were "sold out" however I went to their website after I received the email and they are still selling the item. AM I MISSING SOMETHING? I strongly suggest no one ever buy anything from this store. They need to get their online ordering ACT TOGETHER. After I emailed this to them I have still not received a response, it seems their customer service is as bad as their online ordering.
