I ordered nutcrackers w/ picks. When I received my package, the nutcrackers were not the ones I ordered. I called to complain and asked for return instructions. At the same time I placed another order for the original nutcrackers and was assured the original mistake was a fluke.
We left to visit family for the holidays.
When we arrived back home, we found we had been sent another order of the wrong items. And to add insult to injury, we had been sent a RMA # with instructions that the returned package had to be received by the 10th day after the RMA was issued. Obviously, that couldn't happen. There is no mention of the 10 day return policy anywhere on their wesite, only in the email sent with the RMA#. I find this somewhat deceptive. So, I guess we'll have to keep the first ones sent.
Now a customer service supervisor says we can return the 2nd incorrect order, BUT at our expense. I can understand paying for return shipping if I changed my mind, but to be charged shipping when this company has messed up 2 orders is unbelievable!
I think the only fair way for Antonline to handle this situation would be to allow us to return the 2 wrong orders for a full refund and not expect us to pay the return shipping.
