         Only after Antonline was notified that I filed an Amazon and BBB complaints and after BBB contacted them did they refund the money they collect for the three QS-25 cables that Antonline did not shipped, but Antoline claimed they did ship all cables to collect the total ordered  amount from my account.   Antonline and Amazon claimed that these cables were shipped to me on 12/01/08, and every day to 12/10/08.   I wrote to both of them on 12/02.08 and every day to 12/10 with facts that they could not have shipped the cables to me because of the weight of the cables and the weight of each of the three shipments sent-out to me as recorder by UPS.  There reply was my order was shipped complete and/or no reply.  They used their statements that my order was shipped complete to collect the full order amount from my account without shipping the products and knowing that they did not and will not ship the goods to me.

        I also ordered a webcam model name of (Creative Live Cam Video Im Pro) on November 30, 2008 from Antonline via Amazon Payment at a selling price of $44.04  plus shipping on the order number 103-xxxxxxxx, this Webcam has a full list price on the Manufacturer website of $49.99, with their now sales price of $39.99, and lists only one model with the name of Creative Live Cam Video Im Pro in the manufacture website with that description when you select all Webcams.  My order as placed and sent to me by E-Mail on 11/30/08 from both Antonline and Amazon only stated a Webcam model (Creative Live Cam Video Im Pro) with no other model number listing.  In-addition on the 11/30/08 order transmission from Antonline it stated your order can no longer be cancel. On Antonline Website it stated to buyers to review the Manufacturers Website for spec as I did.  The Creative Lab’s website stated that the Webcam called (Creative Live Cam Video Im Pro) supports the window’s Operating system of Vista and has a build in noise canceling microphone.  Antonline was not the lowest price to purchase this webcam from, but since I needed the QS-25 cables I ordered the Webcam from Antonline.  Upon receiving the shipment notice from Antonline and Amazon on 12/01/08 and getting mess-up product ordering name info from Amazon and no product info on what was shipped in Antonline E-Mail ship notice.  I then checked my order on their system, What showed up was a SKU number  73VF023000000, since prior to this date no SKU number (meaning inventory stock unit) showed up in the order conformation or ship notice E-Mails sent to be as noted above.   The Webcam was delivered and had the model number VF0230. I then went to Creative Labs website and did a search on that model number within the support group of Creative Labs---What came-up was that it was a discontinue and outdated model , (# VF0230), that does not support the Vista operating system of windows and does not have the build in noise canceling microphone plus a lot less features than the current Creative Live Cam Video Im Pro with a model # VF0410.  Both unit had the same model name, (Creative Live Cam Video Im Pro),  with different model numbers only.  The only way you could find info about the product VF0230 shipped to me from Antonline was to go into support  on the Creative Lab’s MGF’s  website, once in the Website you would see all the problems/bugs this unit had and than know why this product model version, VF0230 was discontinue and replaced by VF0410.

I received the outdate/discontinued webcam from Antonline, This is a real bait and switch transaction, also called fraud.  I demanded by way of BBB a full refund of $ 44.04 plus full shipping charges I paid plus Antonline or Amazon can pick-up the junk at my California location at their cost.  Plus that Antonline in the future list all items that are discontinue and outdated as such on their Website and always provide the manufacturing model number on sale’s order E-Mail transmissions and all other transactions to all customers at all times.
