I have bought several computer items from this store and never have any problem whatsoever. Their price is very competitive compared to other stores, a lot of time the cheapest. If Amazon does not have the items that I want or it was not cheaper, then I would definitely buy from this place. They are located in California, so I got my packages fairly fast, normally within 2-3 days using their cheapest shipping method. This time I bought 8 of the Kensington Micro Saver Security Cable Locks. As always the package arrived fast and without damage. For these locks, their price is one of the lowest even after tax & shipping. Unfortunately (or fortunately?), I never have to deal with their customer service since I never have any problem with any of my orders, so I cannot comment on them. One thing that I wish they would do is to to be able to get a free shipping if you spend over a certain amount in an order. My overall impression, not only with this order, but also with my previous experience is very satisfied and I can easily recommend this store to anyone who is looking for computer parts.
