WITH SEVERAL DIFFERENT TRANSACTIONS WITH ANTONLINE.
THEIR ORDER ACCURACY HAS ALWAYS BEEN EXCELLENT. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT HAVE ALWAYS BEEN KNOWLEDGEABLE, PLEASANT AND EAGER TO BE HELPFUL.THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS EASILY AVAILABLE VIA A DIRECT TELEPHONE LINE, BY E-MAIL AND ALSO A DIRECT FAX LINE.IN REGARDS TO LENGTH OF TIME TAKEN TO ACKNOWLEDGE AND PROCESS AN ORDER HAS BEEN GOOD TO EXCELLENT.
THEY KEEP YOU UP TO DATE WITH THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER BY SENDING FIRST AN E-MAIL TO ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIT OF YOUR ORDER.

THE ONLY CRITICISM I WOULD HAVE WOULD BE
IN REGARD TO DELIVERY SPEED. THEY USE UPS/USPS (BASICALLY
USPS) AS THEIR CARRIER. BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE WITH UPS/USPS
YOUR PACKAGE IS FIRST ASSIGNED TO THE UPS CARRIER FOR PICK UP. THIS CAN TAKE UP TO 3-5 DAYS. ONCE PICKED UP BY UPS YOUR PACKAGE MUST BE SENT TO ONE OF ONLY SEVERAL USPS HUBS. THIS PROCESS CAN TAKE UP TO ONE WEEK.FROM THERE TRANSFERRED TO A
USPS CARRIER. THE TIME FROM PICK UP BU USPS AND DELIVERY TAKES UP TO FIVE TO SEVEN DAYS TO DELIVERY.AS A RESULT THE TOTAL SHIPPING TIME IS ALWAYS EXTREMELY DELAYED AS COMPARED TO UPS GROUND OR FEDEX GROUND.
